We ordered food for pick up the…

We ordered food for pick up the huddlesfield kirkgate branch,and asked about missing items which was a cheeseburger and fries and they just shrugged and gave me a refund! I dont like to complain but it was a very rude response to give a paying customer. Staff don't seem bothered enough to help you at all..

Mcdonalds in the UK are not good

Mcdonalds in the UK have a terrible and small choice of food offerings. We drive through the EU a lot and use them for stops because the good toilets facilities and food choice for a snack are far better. Much more choice than UK and better food. Why are we not doing the same. I think many times before I go to a Mcdonalds in UK. It becomes need over substance. Date below is a Mcdonalds in Spain which I would give 4 stars to.

Went through the drive thru and waited…

Went through the drive thru and waited 20-30 minutes. Once I got to the window to pay the woman was arguing with a customer over cheese. Then she came over and took along time to get the change out. When we got to the window for our food the woman tried blaming us about the apple pie being at the bottom of the bag but it wasn’t. We then asked for it and she said that she has put it in the bag even though we took it off her hands and opened it. Then she said that she would get another one and after 5 minutes of speaking to someone out the back she asked us to park up for 10 minutes. When asked for a refund she said NO! There was no offer for swapping for something else and we needed to go. Very poor service.

Ordering mc Donald’s from brighton…

Ordering mc Donald’s from brighton marina store is always hit and miss.

Today

The order took an hour to get a delivery person

The items were not satisfactory and cold

The customisation was wrong

There were no straws or dips

It was inedible

Using Uber eats customer service is tiresome and pointless - it seems designed to thwart any expectation of good service

£40 order wasted.

Failures from the delivery side and restaurant side -

The only good part of this was the driver who did deliver it was super polite - but alas though circumstances beyond his control he basically delivered items for food composting.

I am writing to lodge a formal and…

I am writing to lodge a formal and serious complaint regarding a highly disappointing experience I had at your Springfield Retail Park branch (NG6 8EP) yesterday morning, 23-June-2026, at approximately 9:00 am.
As a paying customer, I upgraded my breakfast drink to a Toffee Latte at an additional cost. However, the service and product quality I received were entirely unacceptable.

I would like to highlight the following critical issues:

1. Chronic and Flawed Practice of Pre-Preparing Beverages (A Recurring Issue)
I paid extra to upgrade my breakfast drink to a Coffee Latte for the sole reason of enjoying the rich layer of milk foam/cream on top. Without it, there is no point in ordering this beverage. I must sternly point out that this is NOT the first time I have encountered this issue at this specific branch. This branch is a repeat offender, frequently pre-preparing multiple cups of coffee and leaving them sitting at the counter to rush orders. By the time the drink is handed to the customer, the cream has always completely dissolved. Serving melted, stale drinks as a routine practice is a severe failure in quality control.

2. Refusal of Reasonable Requests and Defiant Staff Attitude
Upon receiving the defective drink, I requested the counter staff (Staff Name: Abigail) to either add fresh cream on top or exchange it for a freshly made cup. She flatly refused and defensively argued, "We already added it, it just melted." Instead of rectifying their flawed process, the staff were stubborn, argumentative, and insisted they did nothing wrong.

3. Refund Secured, But Day Completely Ruined
Although the branch eventually issued a refund for the coffee after a long and exhausting argument, the entire negative experience and hostile confrontation completely ruined my mood for the rest of the day. A paying customer should never have to endure such hostile treatment just to get the quality they paid for. A cash refund does not compensate for the emotional distress caused by your staff's poor attitude.

4. Self-Ordering Kiosks Frequently Fail to Print Receipts
The negligence extends to the maintenance of the restaurant's hardware. The self-ordering kiosks at this branch frequently fail to print receipts. This is not an isolated incident but a recurring issue, which proves that the staff do not bother to check, refill receipt paper, or maintain the machines. It reflects a widespread attitude of laziness and a total lack of diligence among the employees regarding their basic duties.

Not fit to look at/eat

Arrived via uber eats
Tissue stuffed in McFlurry and wet as cola spilt. Cola and shake watered down as it was so long the ice melted straws bent unusable and the fries as hard as rock.

When I complained it is deemed delivered in a suitable time I’d like to anyone eat any of this

I arrived on my birthday on 8th of…

I arrived on my birthday on 8th of june, we entered by screaming of kids, people kissing, and people trying to eat peacfully. We orderd and waited for our food to get delivered to the table. They eventually bought it out but obly 45 minites later. The guy chucked our food on table and walked away. We tried to ask why it took so long but he squirted ketchup on my face. I am now banned from this certain restaurant all because of sell defense.screw you McDonalds. 1 star.

Freezing as usual. I’ve cream melted. Drink ice melted. All sitting for
45 minutes before I got it. Got the melted ice cream refunded and a sorry the other items were not to your taste but we delivered them? Dirty tramps. Hot food was freezing and fizzy drink sat for 45 minutes before being delivered that’s just a disgrace and a pathetic response showing they don’t really care as long as they give you any old triple and take you money. My last order. Rats.

Went to McDonald's Shipley for the last time, teenagers inside screaming, shouting, swearing and throwing food, riding electric scooters inside, doing "wheelies" and smoking vapes, outside we were nearly hit by 2 idiots on bikes doing wheelies in the car park, laughing screaming and shouting and swearing, who will pay for the cars they hit, not them, I blame the management for constantly allowing these idiots, so many people I speak to say the no longer go to this McDonald's because of this reason!
