Freezing as usual

Freezing as usual. I’ve cream melted. Drink ice melted. All sitting for
45 minutes before I got it. Got the melted ice cream refunded and a sorry the other items were not to your taste but we delivered them? Dirty tramps. Hot food was freezing and fizzy drink sat for 45 minutes before being delivered that’s just a disgrace and a pathetic response showing they don’t really care as long as they give you any old triple and take you money. My last order. Rats.

Absolutely pathetic. In a live chat for over an hour and still no further. One response every 30 minutes. Just cancelled uber one and closed account no point wasting any time with these clowns they have no intention of helping anyone when there is an issue. Worthless

Another disgusting delivery attempt

Another disgusting delivery attempt. Items busted open including boxes left at my door with tins rolling about everywhere. I am severely disabled and told pets at home I can’t do this items need to be wrapped properly they don’t care. Do it every time. Every single order requires another hour of your time to be spent on with support to sort out the delivery issue and then means you have to wait in extra days.

I am physically unable to do this and pets at home have done this many times now and tell me thanks for letting me know I had to demand that the issue was sorted and they couldn’t care less about the boxes being ripped open and tins everywhere they will continue to do this. Only thing they replaced was 4 things which were smashed to pieces. Sent a courier out to collect it even though it was smashed to pieces and had to wait for another delivery so 5 different days and several hours it took just to get a home delivery sorted and a severely disabled person left severely stressed.

Don’t bother leaving a stupid comment below saying contact us we will help. I contacted you and you couldn’t care less. You are happy for a severely disabled person to have to struggle to get their order in to the house because your staff can’t be bothered packaging it properly.

Completely worthless scheme designed to…

Completely worthless scheme designed to protect landlords and NOT renters.

5 weeks ago my landlord has been given keys back. £675 deposit paid. Only agreed to pay £575 back which should have been released and then the £100 in to dispute. Nothing received. Landlord has moved new tenants in with likely a double deposit and a months rent up front receiving over £2000 for this and I can’t even get the £575 back which my landlord has already released.

Do not think you are protected as a renter with this scheme ONLY landlords are protected.

Had a massive data breach a while ago

Had a massive data breach a while ago. all customer data stolen. Didn’t tell anyone for months. My data being one of them. Raised a case with solicitor and after months of court action Loqbox made a slight change to their name to avoid justice. Use at your own risk, you will likely have your data stolen in the same manner I did and no compensation will be paid nor will you even get an aploogy for the millions of fraud calls and texts you will now get. Avoid at all costs.

What a pathetic company

What a pathetic company. They even try to stop you raising a complaint as when you complain they say they don’t recognise your complaint bye llf that is not their decision to make. They steal scraps of our data then try to sell it back to us and when we tell them the scraps they stole are wrong they refuse to correct this without legal interjection. Contact the financial ombudsman and your solicitor to have them deal with this company as they are absolutely pathetic and not worth your time.

Stealing again!

Scumbags sent me another open package. Seems to be the usual now, open customer packages and see if there’s anything we want and then stick it in a sorry it’s damaged bag? Knowing you have no luck of getting anything as first class and below not covered so they think they can rob you as they please. Reporting this to the police as this is multiple thefts. I urge you to do the same. Don’t waste your time contacting Royal Mail contact the police and let them know that post men are stealing your post as they please. It is high treason stealing the queens Mail, something that will require several jail sentences before these greedy ejits stop stealing our stuff.

Absolute scum

Absolute scum who are not fit for purpose. I have contacted Halifax and the financial ombudsman to raise complaints as I don’t think that a bank should be affiliated with such as useless company given their ability to destroy your credit, which they do, and then don’t care at all and won’t change it even after you provide the evidence they have asked for.

Absolute disgrace, avoid this pathetic company to the best of your ability. Have my information wrong and even when provided evidence FROM THE BLOODY GOVERNMENT!!! they still disagree? What a bunch of plebs. Contact the ombudsman to complain about this company as you will get nowhere with the pathetic company itself.

Pathetic. Stroked me £14 for a footlong meal deal told them it wasn’t right they didn’t care told me that was the price so paid it anyways as was running late on lunch. Got back nothing in it barely a bit of chicken and was supposed to be double chicken. Thieves. You can literally get a meal in a restaurant cheaper than this rubbish. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this sham at all costs

Avoid this sham at all costs. Let me open account and deposit money but when I tried to log in again my account had been blocked no word from Livescore whatsoever just locked my account had to spend 20 minutes trying to get through to help then to be told this is how we do things my account was blocked because it just happens that way and there iOS no warning at all, just steal you money and block your account, never even asked me for any details just blocked my account. Will never use livescore to check a score never mind bet with. Requested account shut and all data erased and was told they would keep it for 5 years no matter what I wanted.

Great company I was buying currency…

Great company I was buying currency within 10 minutes of uploading my details and have had no problems buying and transferring Bitcoin. Funny how every bad review on here says to contact the same email addresses, clearly scammers trying to get your details. I would advise not to contact any email address offered as ‘help’ in the reviews
