Delivery and slow customer service…

Delivery and slow customer service response. Pre reply messages templated to fool the customer. They blame the delivery company but if they dont dispatch the item and notify the delivery company to collect it then that is the fault of Nox and the lack of leadership within the company. Possible the new owners need to have a complete overall of the staff in charge .

Order was not despatched even after 9…

Order was not despatched even after 9 days . I made several attempts to ask for delivery date to be told they had not sent out by mistake. They offered to re order but i couldn’t wait a further week or longer for the items.

Placed an order at 21.55 and made full…

Placed an order at 21.55 and made full payment they canceled the order 22.10 saying not in stock however will take 5 days to refund. Received txt next morning at 6.25 saying tanks for the order we will despatch today however no stock !!! Complete waste of time why show stock take the money wasting people’s time

Xmas day out with young children paid…

Xmas day out with young children paid £110 for entry. We was very disappointed right from the beginning. No effort at all put into making it a special visit apart from a few fairy lights ! The whole site needs maintenance desperately it looks old tatty every where. Just disgusting for the price paid and then charged £5 to take a photo of the kids with a sea lion no wonder the place was empty. The xmas show was ok and those taking part made an effort. I would of expected that a few outdoor patio heaters wouldn’t go a miss or even some side drop sheets to help keep the cold chill out as it was freezing yet again they could not care less that young children were present. The management or owners should be ashamed they run or have run it into the ground.

Ordered on line slow delivery even worse they use My Hermes for delivery. Its 2020 and taking 10 days to get items in stock is not great. Will pass in future even if product is good yet to find out as still nothing arrived

After a delayed Ryan Air Flight we was…

After a delayed Ryan Air Flight we was entitled to compensation under EU rules. CAA advised we had to use Aviation ADR to raise the claim as the airline was registered with them and they could not act on our behalf. We did everything we had too including supplying evidence of the complaint to ADR. The problem starts then that it takes weeks for a response to be passed about asking the same questions that they already have the info on. I assume this is buying time and dragging out the complaint for some reason ! Furthermore they give timescales to reply to any contact of 21 days and even then they change there policy on this when they want. It is now nearing 8 months and apparently the file is complete but they have a further 90 days to issue a determination on something that is plain as day we are owed compensation ! Absolutely do not use go through the small claims court system.. ADR are no better than Ryan Air or any other bad company out their. Supposed to be set up to help and endorsed by the government what a state we are in as customers.

Totally disgusting service waited over…

Totally disgusting service waited over 2 hours 45 mins to finally get a car thats after pre paying on line. After getting paper work went to another office and yet again waited in a que !! Its a joke... do not waste your holiday with this company my first and last time. Pay extra and use other more respectful car hire firm..
