I bought a racket and after 4 uses…
I bought a racket and after 4 uses there was visible cracks in the middle of it. nothing to do with impact fom the edges as it is nowehre near the edges. the retailer contacted Nox under warranty as this is clearly a defect after 4 uses and in the middle of the racket. they refused to cover under warranty 'Because the cracking appears to originate close to the outer frame and there are visible marks/chipping on the edge, this appears to be impact-related rather than a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, our padel racket warranties do not cover damage caused by contact with the glass, court, fence, another racket, or other external impact.'
This is clearly not impact with glass, court, fence, another racket as its in the middle and nothing to do with damages on the edge. i will not be buying Nox again, i will be warning against all my friends not to use Nox and i will be putitng it out far and wide on social media.

I have completely lost faith in Nox…
I have completely lost faith in Nox rackets. I bought a Nox AT10 18k ORDER #53273. I always use a racket protector. 2 weeks later me and my partner tried hitting the same ball, when suddenly my racket cracked like it was made of soft plastic. My partners Bullpadel racket was fine, not even a scratch. Very poor build quality in my Nox.
When I contacted customer services they sent me a letter informing me that its not a manufacturing problem and they can't do anything for me. Best thing to do is buy a different brand. The build quality it Nox is very poor and you will regret it like me

In this case, as you explained, the racket cracked after both you and your partner tried to hit the same ball, which indicates damage caused by an external impact.

Placed my order 54346 on May 15th with an estimated delivery time of 4–6 business days. It is now May 20th and I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation, even though I need the racket by this Friday.
I have contacted customer service (by email and phone) to cancel my order so that I can order a racket somewhere else. Have not received response so far. The phone line was not even answered after selecting the option to speak with an operator (!)
Very disappointed with Nox. I thought ordering directly from the brand would be the safest option, but unfortunately it has been a frustrating experience.
Update 21-05: I received the order today after it was shipped with priority yesterday. Glad to have it now, although I still haven’t heard anything from customer support.
Bottom line: if you need fast delivery, order elsewhere. The same applies if you expect customer support.

I LOVE NOX! I’ve been using NOX padel products for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed. The quality is consistently high, from rackets to accessories, and everything feels well-designed and durable. Performance on court is excellent, with great control and power balance. I bought NOX AT10 LUX padel shoes
I bought NOX AT10 LUX White/Grey padel shoes (size 44) directly from the official NOX website, order #51488, placed on March 16, 2026.
From the very first use, one of the shoes rubbed the side of my foot/ankle so badly that it caused a wound and bleeding. This is not a normal “break-in” issue. There seems to be an internal seam or finishing defect pressing into my foot and reopening the same spot every time I try to wear the shoes.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I previously had the same NOX model in the same size, only in a different color, and I never had this problem before. Because of that, I believe this pair is defective.
I contacted NOX by email and through Instagram, attached photos of the injury, the sock with blood, and the exact inside area of the shoe that appears to cause the problem. However, more than two weeks have passed and I still have not received any response.
I use and buy other NOX products and have generally had a positive opinion of the brand, which is why this experience is especially frustrating. At this point, I simply want a proper solution: replacement of the defective pair or another clear resolution from customer service.
Right now the shoes are not wearable, and I cannot keep injuring my foot every time I try to use them.

I returned a pair of sneakers due to the wrong size, and the company received them on March 26 (confirmed by tracking). Since then — complete silence. No replacement has been shipped, and no clear update has been provided.
I have contacted customer support multiple times. One of my emails was written in English, but for some reason I received a reply in Spanish, which makes no sense. All my other messages have been completely ignored. Calling them is also useless — no one answers.
This is extremely frustrating. The money has been paid, the shoes have been returned and received by the company, and in return — no communication and no information at all.
Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Delivery and slow customer service…
Delivery and slow customer service response. Pre reply messages templated to fool the customer. They blame the delivery company but if they dont dispatch the item and notify the delivery company to collect it then that is the fault of Nox and the lack of leadership within the company. Possible the new owners need to have a complete overall of the staff in charge .

Inner short in skirts and shorts are small
I like te fabric of the clothes. But for the womans is fitting more on the smaller side. Expescialy the new womens short.
Would love some loser/longer fits, its more that the inner short is too small, same goes for the skirts. It would be more comftrable if it was just a little longer.

So far I am very upset with the customer experience. I ordered a racket on NoxSportsUSA and when I put in the order it was mentioned that it would take 2-4 days to be delivered. So far, it's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't even gotten a reply from the NoxSportsUSA team with no update on whether my racket is being delivered or not. I then decided to call the Spanish offices in order to contact the USA offices. This was done at the beginning of this week, and now the work week is almost over and I still do not have any update, with the Spanish offices also no longer responding to my calls or emails over the last 2 days.
