Delivery was quick I wasn’t expecting it. Only issue is they left it downstairs in the main lobby instead of in front of the flat door. Could have been stolen. Thankfully it was still there.

Ordered an item from ebay, yodel was used by the seller , i didnt recieve anything, yodel track said it was delivered inside porch(well thats strange! As I don't have a porch!) Found that the delivery photo wouldn't load , got no where on the automated system, do not recomend this company atall, terrible service

Have the address from one stream internet for a new router delivered completely to another address in the village put on a message safe place put it in shed on gravel patio so the idiot put it in somebody else's porch so what's the point in telling everybody these couriers where you want the parcel it's a good job it wasn't a parcel that cost a lot of money I had to go hunting around for the parcel I found it on another Estate cowboy firm educate them before they deliver so they can read and write but these companies is probably paying them about one pound 50 an hour for delivery so you can't blame the people my 2-year-old niece would have probably got the address correct

Yet another failed delivery Yodel delivered my item not only to the wrong address but an empty building with a large for sale sign outside it. Not only can they not get it right but must be blind also, when I complained they simply passed the buck back to the seller who had all the correct details on the parcel, YODEL your useless.

A living plant package got left on my doorstep, the courier was already gone in the 20 seconds it took me to get to the door. The box (clearly marked as "living plants") was visibly crushed and torn, and the birthday gift inside completely destroyed.

I ordered an item online and only had reservations when I saw Yodel were going to be responsible for the delivery. (Or debacle that ensued)
I then received a time slot for the delivery, rather positive.
Ah, no parcel, no delivery.
Made contact via the app I had to download.
Was told they attempted but no answer!!
I checked cameras, nothing, and requested a photo of the attempt. The photo arrived, not got a clue where that property is, but it isn't mine.
Raise a complaint, then receive new tracking information for someone called Charlotte, I'm not Charlotte and there's no Charlotte here!!
Contact again, and to my bemusement, they couldn't tell me where my parcel was.
5 days later, the misshapen box arrived, and to top it all, I received "Nailed it" Really!!!, I suppose this could be cause for celebration if you set the bar really low!
Therefore, if you need to fill your days going around in circles with no one taking ownership, then thoroughly recommend.
If however you want a parcel collected from point A, and then carefully handled to your address, point B, avoid at any cost!!

I bought an air con unit, Yodel are the couriers. It’s been with them two days, I’ve was informed yesterday that it’s delayed and nothing else. By the time I get it I won’t need it anymore! Useless!

Was expecting a delivery between 13.20 and 15.20 hrs.
Received a message saying the driver could not find my property.
I contacted customer services which confirmed the correct delivery address.
I was informed that the delivery would take place as a next day delivery which I informed them that I had already paid next day delivery charge.
Upon numerous calls to customer services which confirmed I’m still waiting for my delivery but definitely would not use them agin

Delivery placed in Wheelie rubbish bin !
Delivery late evening. No attempt to come onto the property. The parcel was placed in our Wheelie rubbish bin that was outside the property - clearly on the pavement. It was put out ready for the bin collection. The bin was emptied the next morning so our parcel was taken with all the rubbish.

Awful service, so frustrating waiting for parcels to arrive all day at home as it’s so hot I have my front door wide open but delivery driver never delivered parcels and it has a check to say he tried to deliver and I wasn’t home??? It’s obvious he never tried to deliver anything he just lied! I can understand drivers are busy and it’s extremely hot day today but be honest and accept responsibility instead of lying , that’s what I find most irritating

My parcel got further away instead of being delivered!
My parcel was already late and when I tracked the tracking number it said it was 87 miles away in their hub so should have been delivered the next day.
When I checked the next day the tracking had been updated saying it was in Wales 187 miles away.
They have some bright sparks working for them, what a company.
Never Use Yodel
Never Use Yodel, There couriers are incompetent and ignorant, If You put bad feedback on there delivery expect never to get your parcels delivered again. Clearly they haven’t put the feedback feature there to help us get better service and only want You to praise there couriers even when they are ignorant

Zero stars! YODEL you really are the biggest pile of 💩. You are nothing but incompetent and your customer service is shockingly awful. None of you can get your story straight and just lie after lie. Your drivers have no idea where your Yodel stores are. Pathetic. Even EVRI are more reliable than your pathetic excuse of a company at delivering parcels. You deserve to go out of business. The more people complain and refuse to buy from retailers that use your rubbish company, I hope you go out of business.
