Delivery and slow customer service response. Pre reply messages templated to fool the customer. They blame the delivery company but if they dont dispatch the item and notify the delivery company to collect it then that is the fault of Nox and the lack of leadership within the company. Possible the new owners need to have a complete overall of the staff in charge .
