I don’t know which language Evri…

I don’t know which language Evri currier and management speak. As you closed your lane due to high level of compalaints.

Evri should take this seriously i just found 3 pacrela in the building ground floor where it clearly says don’t leave parcel here its Tennyson lodge Maidstone.
I have the photo this could be high and expensive products of some one. Does Evri give introduction to their cureir that you need delivere to home.

Good quality clothing at reasonable prices

Easy to order, delivered when stated and handed directly to my husband.
The clothes are off good quality as usual, although the trousers I ordered are fractionally long so I may take them back to a store.
The swimsuit was on offer but as it's the same as I wear regularly I knew it would fit.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. Delivery date 21 June- nothing arrived. Then no updates and still no delivery Monday to Thursday.
Why are companies, this time M&S, using them??? Cost but no quality of service.
They should be out of business 😡😡😡😡😡

Evri have become the new Royal Mail…

Evri have become the new Royal Mail joke of an absolute mess. Since OCTOBER when my regular delivery chap is off it is an utter shambles. And I mean beyond unreasonable. Parcels don’t get collected on time and notifications come so late in the day that they are now not coming you sit in ALL day waiting and parcels don’t get delivered on time. Days running it’s a sorry we can’t collect when I’ve PAID for it. Same with deliveries. It’s now so bad EVRI alone is reason enough these companies should be regulated. It’s that bad & has been going on for so many months I am writing to every single company I buy from who use evri to complain directly to them. Into the 10th month of this absolute farce and I’m sick of it. No doubt I will get the obligatory message back to this saying pls contact customer service. Who send an email with nice words and promises they DONT keep! Employ some delivery drivers! That’s your solution. Employ people who can actually deliver/collect parcels or stop calling yourself a delivery service!!!!!! 😡
