I'm still awaiting for a resolution to…


I'm still awaiting for a resolution to my on going claim and complaints! The customer service, or rather lack of is absolutely atrocious. The $50 you try to offer me or a cheap plastic replacement suitcase is offensive and disrespectful!

I have asked 5 times now for an official address for a legal claim to be submitted via s lawyer if this is the route you want to go.

Can someone finally provide an official address for your legal department??
I'm getting sick and tired of chasing something that is my customer right!


Let me remind you of you responsibility as a carrier that is literally included in your section 15 of Air Transportation Agreement:

ARTICLE XV
LEGAL ASPECTS OF CIVIL LIABILITY
(DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL)
Section 15.1. Panama’s National Air Transport’s Liability Policy. Decree 21 dated
January 29, 2003.


15.1.1.2. Baggage and Cargo. THE CARRIER shall be liable for loss,
destruction or damage to cargo or checked baggage if the act causing the damages occurred while
the cargo or baggage was under the custody of THE CARRIER or its employees, either on board
of an aircraft or at any other place.

Therefore,

I'm awaiting for my full refund and stop insulting me with your petty offers!

They are using AI and automations that block genuine reviews! Shame on you. It's impossible to speak to a human. Instead of ability to use this website to at least have a chance to deal with terrible customer service, bots, AI Trust pilot just became one of them.

Don't ever book a taxi with them

Don't ever book a taxi with them. I have been quoted prices in USD but charged in GBP, no drivers details were provided, nor pick up information therefore going blind into a completely unknown country and airport. The so called 24 hours support is just a useless bot which then sends and email that you have to wait 5 days for a reply!! How's that 24 hours support? Also I specifically stated hour of pick up and return but they completely mixed up my booking. It's not worth the stress, hassle and also charged me incorrectly not in a currency it stated (which is basically stealing).

Terrible company

Terrible company. Used to be one of my favourite now it's one of the worst!!! Absolutely shocking quality, clothes are ripping on the seam after one use, customer service both in stores in Poland and on the phone are disgusting, shocking, rude, appalling! Complaints were issued officially to request a refund and months later still no resolution. This company should have an official government investigation and be shut down in Poland. They even refuse to provide official postal business address to which I could direct my lawyer letter. I will never ever spend a penny here again.

Useless customer support, hosts more and more put fake information and don't resolve issues and when you have no support from customer service you're left out of pocket and stressed and with bad experience. used to be good many many many years ago. It's useless now. I prefer Booking.

When something goes wrong it's absolutely impossible to get any support!!!! I'm a flying blue member for years, flying business and paying lots of money each time!!!! Yet again they destroyed my luggage and refused to pay. I have submitted multiple complaints, no resolution, no refund and no human to talk to. Definitely recommend to go to a different airlines.

Chciałam powiedzieć, że jest to najlepszy kurier i dostawca w Polsce! Douglas.pl z jakiegoś niezrozumiałego powodu używa DHL oczywiście standardowo problemy, niemożliwość skontaktowania się z kimkolwiek itd itp. szkoda gadać. Zawsze gdy jest możliwe wybrać samemu dostawcę wybieram InPost. Rzadko kiedy ludzie piszą opinie gdy wszystko działa jak potrzeba, a tu w moim przypadku zawsze pyka idealnie. Dziękuję i oby tak dalej było.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible! I went to withdraw cash abroad from ATM - it did not give me cash but yet WISE charged me for the amount. The manager from the bank to which the ATM belonged to couldn't help, as he said it is not their account. He confirmed there is no cash in the ATM so I shouldn't be charged. But he would not give me any proof. In the meantime WISE claims they have until 3rd of December (1 month ) to review this!!! I have no cash, no money for the rent and absolutely useless customer service. It is worst than talking with a robot, it is like talking with a child! Don't use them. They are thief's holding your money and charging you fees for what you didn't receive.

In case you tried to do a withdrawal at an ATM, but didn't receive the money, the ATM provider will know that there was an error, and the money will automatically be returned to your Wise account within a few minutes. However, if you don't receive the money back, we highly recommend getting receipts, taking pictures, and note the transaction date, time, amount ATM code, and the operation number so that you can provide this info when it’s needed.

They banned my account without a reason. How is it even possible to get banned on the job application website. Good joke! This website never led to any decent role, most jobs look to be fake or serious preferism and xenophobia going on just for US citizens. Don't bother with them.

Worst than Ryanair

I fly all over the world for many years. I remember the times when luggage, seat and good service was just part of standard price. In the recent years I was finally able to afford the business class and what difference it makes on 12+ hours flights for someone with serious spine issues. It's shocking though how these days the airlines think they can sc"m people! Paying thousands $$$ and still having to pay for luggage, seat selection and business class lounge. Not to mention paying extra to be able to change or cancel reservation. That's a robbery! It all changed in the last 2 years or so. The business class lounge at CDG is absolutely shockingly bad and yet you're supposed to pay extra literally just to be able to take shower because the food is too bad to eat and there's nowhere to sleep. It's disgusting. Whether you pay economy or business you should be treated like a customer who has a brain, but instead they do 10 different bundles. I'm surprised they don't charge for food and drinks, toilet and actual ability to sit down yet. Shame on you.

If it was possible I would give it -10…

If it was possible I would give it -10 stars! On the 1st of October, beginning of month end they decide to change permanently interface to the new trash layout!!! No option to switch back. It is absolutely useless, confusing, all of the reports and customisations are gone - it is like they take a pleasure of changing things to stuff that doesn't work but at least it looks like did something! Have you ever heard f saying don't change something that already works? I hate this software and company with passion but since my client works on it I can't even get rid of this stupid subscription.

Zamówienia nie zgodne ze zdjęciami

Zamówiłam bukiet na urodziny taty, jedyna opcja ponieważ mieszkam za granicą. Bukiet wygląda żałośnie i w ogóle nie przypomina tego na zdjęciu, który wybrałam!! Ani kolor ani typ kwiatów się nie zgadza! Co to ma być? Zapłaciłam grube pieniądze za kompletny szajs. Nie polecam nikomu!

Positive Recruitment Process

My opinion changed as soon as I got connected with Melissa Van Zyl. She's extremely professional, responsive and understanding. She's made the recruitment very smooth. I'd recommend anyone working with her. Melissa will look after you from start to finishing, also offering additional advice and check in afterwards.

Terrible Agency

Terrible... They post a lot of fake job ads. Looking for "cheap" labour in Latin America, so instead of paying FC $10-15k per month they offer up to $2k , what a scam. For someone with over 15 years of financial experience I find it borderline abusive tactics. They make you complete loads of unnecessary tests, the online system is faulty, recording own videos instead of talking to a real human being. Is this supposed to be a future of recruitment? Appalling.
Edit: the company CEO contacted me about my review. At first I was open to provide him all evidence and emails with regards to their faulty technical issues, so that he can use it to further improve them, but instead he was pushy and disrespectful. The only thing he was clearly interested in was taking my review down. That is the difference between good and bad companies...the good ones learn from their errors and mistakes. He's claims continued at that stage over the phone, saying the financial controller role they advertised was paying $94 per hour (!!) ... interesting, because their website claims they can find a cheap talent from $7 per hour and their motto taken directly from the website is "we will find you talent in Latin America for 70% less cost than in USA. "

Worst Airline Ever

Flew with Avianca few times, usually there are issues. This time it's just taking it to another level. I booked a direct flight to Guatemala from San Jose (Costa Rica) in August 2023. Within 6 months they changed the flight 3 times, no notifications, only by chance I found the information when on their website. Website is awful, not user friendly, doesn't load properly, there is no option to manage flight when you input the booking reference. Each time I had to call contact centre and wait for 45 mins to be connected to actual human being. Now yesterday they just cancelled my flight all together, and put me on the flight via El Salvador. So now, instead of flying for 1 hours direct flight I have been put on 4.5 hrs flight with a connection!!! What the hell? I would never chose to fly that distance with a connecting flight. They refuse any compensation and offered me flight on another day. How can I if I am already booked for business (inc transport and accommodation?)?
The worst thing is - they continue to advertise 4 (yes 4 !!!!) daily direct routes to Guatemala from San Jose, people fall for it and book the flight just to then get a cancellation and no change in price. Scam, robbery and disgrace. I will be taking this complaint to the financial ombudsmen.

Brak zamówienia

Niestety, tak jak w opiniach poprzedników Zalando zeszło na kompletne dno. Gdy wydaje się kilka tysięcy złotych na zamówienie, a po tygodniu zero odpowiedzi i po wysłaniu mejla prośby o czekanie i cierpliwość to niestety włącza się czerwona lampka. W przeszłości zamawiałam od nich buty i ubrania i wszystko przychodziło w ciągu 1-2 dni, zero problemu z zamówieniem, wysyłką, zwrotami. Tym razem, jestem w szoku. Paczka rozłożona na 3 , zero powiadomień na temat statusu zamówienia, zero pomocy ze strony obsługi klienta....coś czuję że szykuje się długi proces reklamacji a zamówienia ani widu ani pieniążków. To było moje ostatnie zamówienie z Zalando. Wolę już wybrać się do sklepów stacjonarnych.
