I reccomnd delivery by parcel locker

About one minute after email was sent to them, was deleted without reading.
Some emails apps have possibility to request notification about email being read. Some of them (apps) are sending automated email, when somebody deletes email with such hidden request.
So their support doesn't give a %&^%& what was in the email.

When I retried it said that the package was already delivered, and I couldn't retrieve it.
I had to open a case for resolution

Hugely disappointed
Hugely disappointed. Wrongly labeled my delivery as acceptance refused and not delivering my 2 packages for several days now. The package travels across Europe in 24 hours but is stuck for several days in Warsaw.
