It takes so long to get when you order it. This one not as long as some others where I waited months and it got here way after what I got it for.

Took over 20 days to receive order! Do not understand why it took so long, as amount was charged to credit card immediately upon order!

I liked the item but the handle doesn’t extend. The weight of the product for a person 5ft 5in, is still uncomfortable to use. There are no good instructions. It is simple to assemble but we are left with a 2x2” flat piece and a 1x2”triangle piece that looks important but no idea what it is for. I don’t feel it was worth the extra cost to ship it to the US. The advertising did not mention overseas. I thought the bottom snap on design was awesome. CharlieD.

From the time my order was entered I got an email telling me exactly where my package was. I knew when to expect it and it arrived just as the emails predicted.

1 was fine 1 had 2 of locking tabs broke off where in bottom of the box.

Good product, took forever to arrive. Like 3 weeks. Otherwise its a nice product!

The design is great ..the convenient way to hold up the devise and the way to reinforce the cable with side connection

Although shipping took some time the product is good quality. I am enjoying exercising with this product. Would recommend

It is a great product but the agent they use for delivery sucked. It took 15 to arrive. I had almost forgot I ordered them. But, hey I got them and I do like them.

Be careful when purchasing this product. The price listed is not what will be charged. Plus, no contact info available to request refund.

The instruction on the box is in Chinese. Can't read it. No English instructions. Can't seem to get it to clamp the cloth. Can you email me English instructions??
