Great customer service! They changed my delivery address after I placed the order and communicated well. Item arrived fairly quickly as well.

Got the 3 magnets, but they are unusable for my drills.

I received the resistance band yesterday and have not tried it as yet. I am disappointed that it didn't come with some printed suggested exercises so that I knew how to properly use it.

Service was very good. The delivery time was as expected considering package was shipped from China. Item arrived in good condition and was able to put it together easily. I was expecting it to be longer length but it’s not too bad.

It was a little on the smaller side but was very easy to use, did not have to bend at all. Great product.

Did not like time for shipping.

I liked that I was able to contact customer Service and get a response quickly- what I wasn't too thrilled with is the Tracking- For days my package left Italy and was in United States custom-I kept checking and it was still there then suddenly it was delivered- I didn't know it was delivered and the Tracking did not renew itself- But I got my order -but didn't know it was shipping from Italy

The product does not work for American faucet

Was disappointed no instructions came with the goods. Without the instructions I dont recall all exercises to do which is very disappointing.
The order arrived in the time indicated which was good.
I dont actually remember the exact date it arrived but it was in May.

I am not happy with the nozzle I purchased and on the website it states 100% guarantee. In my correspondence the only amount they will refund is $10 and I paid $42

Easy to use product

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF! First they overcharged me and I had to fight to get the excess charge refunded. They refused to cancel the order despite an immediate request to do so and have refused to follow through on their "90 Day Money-back Guarantee" as posted on their product checkout page. I am stuck with their plastic junk from China and am out $44.78. BUYER BEWARE

On May 25th, 2026 i ordered Stainless Steel Drain Filters, order#1000121M112310 and on June 20th was told they were delivered but were never delivered, I asked neighbors and post office about the delivery and they never received this pkg. either!! I want a refund or the drains!!!

Did not order three units, only one.

The material is soft and very comfortable and the bands are very sturdy.

The delivery time seemed long. They were advertising a heavy duty work out band with a larger handle...don't be fooled buy a cheaper model. The product which was sent had a small handle and doesn't look like the cords are heavy duty.

They actually sent what I ordered. The men in my family are really happy with the product. It was delivered in a very timely manner.

Seems like a nice product.

I only received one unit of order of three after waiting weeks for the product. Also, the size of the product was misrepresented smaller than expected.
