Great customer service! They changed my delivery address after I placed the order and communicated well. Item arrived fairly quickly as well.

LOVE the Oofos products! But the customer service department needs some significant improvements. It took them a week to respond to my question via email and that was 3 days after I left a message on their voicemail. They are only open M-F, 9-5, which is when I work therefore I was never able to actually talk to anyone. And to top it off, the emailed response seemed canned and didn't even answer my question!
