They sent my product to the wrong address and refused to refund or send a new one. Do not order from this company!

Very pleased with my order. I received updates during transit time, which I appreciate due to longer shipping time than most other items I order.

It took longer than I thought to receive the product.
Now that I have it, it seems a little loose to do a number of exercises.

good fit, light in weight, adjusts to reading clearly.

The product worked as mentioned.

I'm happy I received it, it's a real company, but the product is more for a child, not much tension and only 4 cords. I don't see much of a workout

Seeds took a little bit to receive but arrived in perfect condition.

They took a month and a half to send two spatulas. One had a part missing, and the other was broken. They demanded proof, and I provided pics, then they called me a liar. I’ve escalated my claim with PayPal in hopes of obtain a chargeback.

The items were both too big. I tried to return them and they wouldn’t take it back. They wanted to keep giving me only between six and $11 and I paid $86 for them. I would never order anything from these people again so I don’t need like they told me to

If I could give this website a negative 10, I would. HORRIBLE experience. Did not receive the item I ordered. They even sent me the "order number" and tracking number which I promptly took to my post office to check for me. Surprise! No package with those numbers ever came through my local post office. Do not buy anything from this company. NOTHING. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.

Never received my item but they took my $. Currently in the throes of fighting with them for a refund. Turns out they gave two of the SAME tracking #’s to TWO different buyers. Delivered double item with my address on it to someone else, per USPS. Do not buy!!!!!

I like the product but it took many more weeks to arrive @ my home.
