I ordered my medication three weeks ago. It still says it’s processing. It was supposed to ship in 3 to 5 business days. I ordered my daughter‘s medication at the same time and hers isn’t even processing yet. They have $877 of my money. I have messaged them on their app multiple times. They tell me someone will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and if they don’t to call this 800 900-4723. The 800 number is no longer a valid number.
I have also asked them multiple times why my daughter‘s medication was twice as much as mine, and they have never responded to that question.
When I requested a refund, they told me I paid through Apple Pay so I had to go through Apple Pay to get the refund. When I contacted Apple Pay, they said once the business accepted the payment they cannot refund it. I have to go through futurhealth to get the refund.
I really feel like I was scammed.

On June 2, FuturHealth’s website took my credit card information and charged my card, but after the company charged my card, additional information was requested. The FuturHealth website then went down and I was unable to provide the additional information requested. I waited a few days and saw that the charge for the medication went through, so I contacted them through the app, and attempted to complete the interview online. Even though the website invited me to complete the interview online, it kept on giving me an error message, so I chose to speak with a live provider on June 12, 2026, at 4:10 PM. The website showed that the appointment was set when I made the request, but I was never sent a subsequent email or text confirming the appointment. I waited for the appointment time and call, and received nothing. Then, at approximately 4:20 PM, I called the Ccustomer Service line, and spoke to a representative. The representative shared that my account had been terminated & that I should’ve received an email. I did not. The representative was polite and told me I should receive an email and a refund between 7 to 10 days. Working with this company has been very difficult from the get-go and I would stay away from them. Given what has happened to me, I researched them more, and other websites reviews are mixed. I am not an individual that posts complaints, but this company is not one I would recommend.

I found the company incredibly hard to get in touch with - beyond the very first mtg to sign up and pay. If there was a contract it was outsourced beyond USA and the customer service was VERY scripted. I also found that the lack of personalized attention led to a RX that did not have impact for the needs I had. Completely disappointed and have moved into another group/company. Oh yes, this IS the number I use - outsourced to call center with scripted responses. No option to talk to people who make decisions, who inform decisions, who should want / request feedback from clients.

Contrary to popular reviews, I was never able to rectify billing issues after the initial consultation. I’ve 15 separate emails and conversations with customer service indicating that payment was due. Then not. Then I overpaid. Then I’m being refunded. Then not again. At no point was anyone willing or able to produce a line-item invoice or accounting of my simple account setup.
I asked to simple cancel given the problems and being tossed back and forth, each representative giving conflicting information. Even that was an issue. Deleting my account, I was told, would both cancel and remove everything. Not so. It removes your account, but another series of conversations as my ‘monthly account fee’ was still in effect. It has taken nearly a month to rectify that with a polite email today stating it is all cancelled, closed, deleted, but the $199 up front payment would not be refunded due to me having spoken with the initial consultation to determine my eligibility and plan, both of which were never completed nor any medication or product ever shipped.
Please investigate your options before signing up and committing yourself to multiple fees and commitments. I’ve had to learn the hard way.
