Terrible company, do not use them
They not only lost my order and made me jump through so many hoops to get a new order sent, their cancellation process does not adhere to the FTC regulations called Negative Option Rule and thus I was charged for another full subscription with no email notice that I was going to be renewed, no confirmation when I originally tried to cancel, and they refused to refund my subscription despite being unable to continue the program.

CON ARTIST. They supposedly start caring for you day one even though all I was trying to do is show proof of my last prescription approved I took my dosage every 2 weeks. They denied it. Then when I ask for my money back. They say no because they were “caring for me.” Talk about horrible customer service. That stealing!!! You provided nothing but inundated emails not accepting proof. That’s not caring. Scam artists!

I filled out an application online because I was just curious of what it would be like and then I got non stop telemarketing calls. After consulting with my primary care doctor and two other surgeons I knew they recommended trying weight lose on my own since we didnt fully know the long term impacts of glp-1. After repeatedly telling various people I was no longer interested in got a call from another woman who i told the same thing. To which her reply is, "so your happy with your weight"after telling her I was no longer interested again she said "enjoy your weight!" And hung up. I imagine that if this is how they treat people who dont want their services that none of them care about your health and what's best for you, just how to make a dime off you. I wouldn't trust them the number that called me was +1 864-393-3998
