I appreciated being able to upload my doctor notes instead of only clicking boxes on a form. It felt like someone looked at the full picture.

I was switching from another company because of cost. I explained on my intake form that I did not want to start at the low beginning dosage since I had been on the meds for 8 or 9 months and had no problem and I didn’t want to lose my progress. I wasn’t home when I filled out the form but I did forward a copy of my current prescription a couple days later. I was told they would forward the info to the provider and someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. That never happened. I kept calling and emailing and was always given the same response.I finally said on June 14th to give me an update or cancel my order immediately. The response they said was they approved the low dosage which I absolutely did not want. I immediately canceled my order and requested a refund. That was 10 days ago and I’m still getting the run around. I am a senior on a fixed income. I was doing this for my health and it’s a big sacrifice for me financially. Their behavior is very deceitful. And on top of everything, they said they will refund me but are charging me $88 fee! They took my money immediately, prescribed something I clearly said I didn’t want and are now charging me $88 for canceling something I did not want! Well as of now I have received nothing so I guess they stole $498!!

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I bought six months of this extremely expensive medication and paid up front. BIG MISTAKE! The first shipment was months 1 - 3. I am about to finish my 2nd month and I have been trying for two straight weeks to reach these people to let them know not to send me the 2nd shipment and I want my money back for months 4 - 6 because I can’t take the medicine due to side effects. I have messaged the “doctor” in their portal many times, I have emailed them approx 10 times and I have called their customer service number nearly every day - sometimes twice a day. No matter what time or what day you call, you never get to speak with a person. You sit on hold forever and you’re rarely given the ability to leave a message. TWO WEEKS and I have yet to get a response? I had a hard time getting them to respond to the questions that I had when I first signed up but they assured me they would respond faster in the future. If you are on the fence about going with Trim Rx, do yourself a favor look at the reviews and choose a different company that actually responds to you in 24 - 48 hours. This company is the absolute worst. I will be updating my review here and everywhere that I leave one until they refund me the money that I am owed.

I sent in my prior prescription and they were able to keep me close to where I already was. Better price than what I had been paying, and the scale finally started moving again.

The medication works, but the vial labeling could be clearer when the concentration changes, I also wish messaging the provider was easier outside of an active order.

Going into month 3 and Im down 10 lbs. Appetite is much quieter now, and I haven't had side effects besides a little fullness after meals.

I expected the referral step to be a headache ✌️

My order came fast and the medication is doing what I hoped. My wife is switching too after seeing how it went for me.

Box showed up complete, needles and all first shot is this week.

This company does nothing but take people's money. They do not return messages & their customer service is horrid. I have been waiting since April to receive a refund. No luck with that. I'm out $1400.

Customer service and nurse support have both been helpful and meds arrive on time and reordering is easy.

They kept me updated and answered quickly that is all I really wanted.

Sign up was easy and the medication arrived with no drama. Customer service has been good the one time I used it.

Paid upfront, zero communication, order stuck in limbo for almost two weeks as of today

I placed an order with TrimRx on June 14th, and the funds were officially drafted from my account on June 16th. Since then, my order has been completely stuck on the "pharmacy floor" in processing for 7 plus days with absolutely zero shipping updates, tracking numbers, or movement.

Worse, the company is entirely unreachable. I have attempted to contact customer support to get an update or cancel the order, but they completely ignore emails and offer no real way to get a resolution. It is completely unacceptable to collect a patient's money upfront and then ghost them while sitting on their medical order indefinitely.

Because of the total lack of service and communication, I have been forced to file a formal dispute with my card processor for merchandise not rendered. Save time and money by looking for a legitimate telehealth platform that actually communicates and delivers.

I also love Trimrx's responses on this platform to negative reviews, which offer the same bogus communication number and emails we've already tried to use to resolve our issues. They didn't respond before, so they're not going to now either!

Simple signup and the price did not scare me off.

I ordered from them, product arrived in torn box, the ice packs were melted and sloshed like water. I immediately contacted them..of course no response. Sent email stating was returning it for full refund or replacement. Paid $33 out of my pocket to return it. They received it. I used affirm to pay for 3 month at almost $1000 with fees. They will not refund my money nor pay affirm back and affirm has denied my case after submitting it 3 times! They have sided with these scam artists each and every time! I refuse to pay for something thst I can not use nor inject in my body! I have tried to contact trimrx customer service several times only to have to wait and always caller 10! Hmmm? This company needs to go down and taken out of business! They have screwed so many people out of their hard earned money and they just dont care!

I found what I needed on the site without getting stuck.
