Venue hire at Willan House, Fitzrovia, London W1
Set in one of few mainly pedestrianised London squares, Willan House is a prestigious, Adams-designed Georgian townhouse built in the 1790s and retaining much of its original grandeur but with the benefit of modern access including lifts and AV set up. The period-style lecture theatre holds up to 60 with the adjacent Board rooms offer capacity for up to 28. Downstairs, the modern self-contained Training Suite with catering facilities is designed for up to 30 theatre style or can be used as an overflow space when hiring other areas. Willan House is conveniently just minutes from Great Portland Street, Warren Street and Goodge Street underground stations; while walking into the peaceful Fitzroy Square feels like stepping back in time.

Lecture Theatre
Located on the first floor of the building, the Lecture Theatre is an ample, bright room with Juliet-style balconies. It fits up to 60 people in a theatre set-up, and can be joined up with the Boardroom which is separated by tall French doors.

The Training Suite is comprised of 3 meeting rooms plus an additional open plan space, which is flexible in its layout and potential uses.

Boardroom
Located next door to the Lecture Theatre, on the first floor of Willan House, the Boardroom offers comfortable setting for boardroom meetings or strategy sessions. This is a spacious, bright room with plenty of natural daylight, decorated in the style of traditional manor homes of Fitzrovia.

Academic Office
The Academic Office is located on the second floor of Willan House, overlooking Fitzroy Square. Set up in the boardroom style, with a large table seating 12, this is a great option for your boardroom, executive, or corporate meetings, your brainstorming sessions, or your interviews.

Catering
Whilst we do not have an in-house caterer, we do have a selection of local suppliers who we regularly use to provide catering for events at Willan House. (hot food, sandwich lunches & sit down dinners). If holding an event at Willan House we are able to supply you with further details.
