BAD Elections & Sub-Committee Vacancies
The BAD has a range of both elected and nominated positions. Elected positions are open to ordinary and honorary members to apply for, and then put to a vote of the voting membership.
In addition to our elected positions, there other roles, such as those on BAD sub-committees which are not elected, but instead are applied for and selected on various criteria. Roles of sub-committees are often open only to members of the BAD, however, on occasion we will look to invite applications from non-members and patients.
We are committed to being an inclusive and diverse organisation, and both welcome and encourage applications from all sections of the community. Applications to sub-committee and working party group vacancies are judged using a weighted scoring system.
If you have any questions about BAD elections, you can see our Elections FAQ page .
