Ordered an outdoor table tennis table.
Upon opening it and fixing it together, it was noted that the corner was bent, there was rusting on many parts, one of the arms that supported it was bent, and very weak.
Looks like it’s been used and not new.
There is a 48hr limit to report damages - I did this but I’m yet to get any response almost a week later.
Very disappointed with the product and the customer service.
I would like to request a refund however there is no one to request that to.
And while this is only a 3rd party platform - it seems to be the only way that there is a response.
Do not buy from here - nor reputable at all!

Ordered a folding pool table for a birthday gift, received super quick but a damaged pool table, emailed and got a quick response initially saying they can send out a new top and replace. I replied and have been sending multiple emails since. No response. Telephone number not in use either. Very frustrated as from some negative reviews gave them chance anyway. I’m more strayed over the whole thing aa my child is the one who misses out on their birthday gift. Avoid!!!

They sent me a trampline I ordered but the mat is the wrong size for the frame. The agreed to send me a replacemebnt but nothing has come and they have no been ignoring all emkails for a week. Their phone lines of off.

Ordered my 9x14ft trampoline and it arrived the day after and iam extremely happy with my product. So I would definitely order from uk imports again and would definitely recommend 😊

My experience with UK Sports Imports has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased a Hillman electric golf trolley, and within just a month the battery failed. To their credit, they initially replaced it, but unfortunately the replacement didn’t last either—the trolley started cutting out in under two months.

At that point, they asked me to return the item for a full refund, which I did promptly. However, since returning it, communication has completely broken down. They are now disputing the refund and have stopped responding altogether. This leaves me in a very frustrating position where they have both the trolley and my money.

I will now be pursuing this through my consumer rights, as this situation is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company.

ordered the walker and Simpson earl pool table with red cloth took a few days to arrive but very happy with it . the cloth however is not exactly red its more of a pink colour and arrived with pool cues missing but they sent me 2 new ones the next day over all great experience with them but if they send it by xpd be prepared to wait . table its self if very sturdy and easy to assemble

*Edit, refund confirmed with thanks for returning the product in perfect condition. No compensation offered for the return of the item 'in perfect condition' that they can now sell on.

It's disgraceful to me that they pass these costs onto the consumer and I will remain on a one woman band to hold these shady companies accountable.

Really, really wish I'd read the reviews before spending almost £200 on a trampoline. Tried to return within the 14 days and transpires it's at my own cost. The cheapest quote found being £70!!!

This is apparently 'clear' in the company Ts and Cs, but had it been clear on the advert - I'd have bought something locally.

I'm so annoyed and although I'll go ahead and return the item out of stubbornness, I'm also going to report this company to Trading Standards as something is really off and to put families in this position is really unfair!

Bought a 3m Hillman net. Warranty 12 months.
Sold in UK for outdoor use. Collapse under weather within 6 months. Rusted and gave way. All poles snapped. Not covered by warranty due to weather. Waste of money. Poor customer service. Must be a known con. Keen for people to know and not fall for same trap

We ordered a 16ft trampoline at 2.30pm on Thursday and it was delivered at 10.30am on Friday. Our delivery driver was really nice and helpful. The trampoline took 2 people a couple of hours to build. Can’t fault it. Very happy children. Thank you

Ordered barbell and weight set I rang up the next day as it said next day delivery I was told I ordered after 3 so it would be the day after and I would get a text I was told it was definitely out for delivery. Since then iv not heard anything the phone lines arnt working iv sent emails and contacted them on there website and heard nothing I did tell them this was a present and was reassured that it would be with me today ! My son is going to be devastated in the morning when he wasn’t got the only thing he asked for , please can someone contact me !

I was worried when I read some of the other reviews but my order went perfectly the item is great quality and arrived on exactly the day when they said it would and the driver even called me before he arrived. excellent service best value prices and great delivery, can't fault them

I recently purchased a pool table from UK Sports Imports, and my experience can be best described as a Christmas catastrophe. From the moment the package arrived, it was abundantly clear that this product was an abysmal representation of both quality and customer service.

Torn Felt Nightmare:
The first indication of trouble was the torn felt on one corner of the pool table. The damage was not a minor cosmetic flaw; it significantly impacted the playing surface and compromised the aesthetics of the entire table. This blatant oversight in quality control is unacceptable.

Missing Screws and Unlevelable Table:
To add insult to injury, the pool table was delivered with four missing screws, rendering it impossible to level, raise, or lower. This not only hindered the gaming experience but also posed a serious safety concern. It's inconceivable that such a basic assembly requirement was neglected, casting doubt on the company's commitment to delivering functional products.

Warped Pocket Protectors:
The plastic pocket protectors provided were warped and ill-fitting. The result was pockets that failed to securely hold the balls, leading to an infuriating and chaotic gaming experience. It's evident that the lack of attention to detail in the manufacturing process is a recurring theme with this product.

Faulty Ball Return System:
Adding to the list of disappointments, the ball return system was dysfunctional. Rather than smoothly guiding the balls back to the players, they unceremoniously tumbled onto the floor after each pocketing. This not only disrupted the flow of the game but also created an unnecessary mess.

Flimsy Pool Cues:
The pool cues supplied with the table fell apart after just one practice break. This is indicative of a severe lack of durability and craftsmanship. A pool table is a long-term investment, and the inability of the cues to withstand even minimal use is a glaring flaw.

Appalling Customer Service:
Attempting to seek resolution for these issues was an exercise in frustration. UK Sports Imports' customer service was shockingly unresponsive, indifferent, and unhelpful. Communication was virtually non-existent, leaving customers stranded with defective products and unresolved concerns.

Terrible Trustpilot Reviews:
A glance at the Trustpilot reviews for UK Sports Imports reflects a pattern of dissatisfaction and disappointment shared by numerous customers. It's disheartening to see a company consistently failing to meet the expectations of its customers, yet seemingly indifferent to the negative feedback.

In light of this horrendous experience, I am pursuing a complaint with the relevant trade associations to bring attention to the substandard quality of products and the abysmal customer service provided by UK Sports Imports. I would strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this company unless they are seeking disappointment and frustration this holiday season. I have considered legal action but they are not worth the breath. Wasted £250 to have the table setup and another £250 to have it dismantled and packaged onto a pallet. They refused to reimburse me these costs even though they are legally liable as they sold me faulty goods and these are consequential costs. They are the scum of the earth and I hope their management rot in hell for selling what they know to be awful, even dangerously poor quality Chinese sports equipment. They have absolutely no regard for consumer satisfaction or consumer safety. I am coming for their trade licence, mark my words, I will have it.

Avoid this company at all costs bought a buggy March 2022 first day the front steering went fixed it myself complained was told it's checked before dispatch really .then it develops a fault they immediately took it back then said they had fixed it went for a game it broke down on t first hole they took it back again sent it back it worked for a short time then it broke down again at which point asked for a refund complained was given the extended warranty it was taken back again I refused to take it back asked for a refund they had it for 6 months I had to reluctantly take it back by this time it had cost me £300 t £500 in buggy hire they now don't reply to emails avoid they are truly awful

I purchased a Treadmill from this company.Had several issues with it .The way it was dealt with was Professionally and Quickly and all issues resolved

Avoid this company at all costs, purchased a treadmill broke within a few months and have to rectify or refund and as it’s under warranty. Their customer service when contacting is disgusting to say the least..

This company's customer service was absolutely appalling. I would NOT use.

Delaying paying my refund. The company purposely refunded a cancelled card (knowing it was shut). Credit card company advised it returned the funds the same day - that was 2 days ago, this shoddy company still claiming not to have received the returned funds. Disgraceful behaviour once again.

I admit the reviews on here scared me and I always regret not reading before purchasing.

I bought a table tennis table from here and it came after 5 working days but had a manufacturing fault on one of the legs - the hole in which to attach the wheels was not in the same place as it was on all the other legs, causing one of the table halves to be misaligned with the other.

After I contacted the customer services over by email, they responded promptly offering a replacement of the parts or a return and refund. I chose the replacement. It took 2 weeks to arrive - no complaints here, as I was told it would take some time.

Overall I'm impressed and happy with the way the customer services team dealt with my issue, they responded quite quickly - generally the next day after I'd sent a reply - so I'm glad I had a good experience here.

The delivery slot that is given can come as a surprise (a text was sent the day before on the delivery of the replacement part) and the slot and date couldn't be changed when I called in, so bear this in mind.

Great product at an excellent price. Communication was good, delivered on time by a fab courier.. what more could you ask for? Very pleased indeed, would highly recommend
