Ordered an outdoor table tennis table.
Upon opening it and fixing it together, it was noted that the corner was bent, there was rusting on many parts, one of the arms that supported it was bent, and very weak.
Looks like it’s been used and not new.
There is a 48hr limit to report damages - I did this but I’m yet to get any response almost a week later.
Very disappointed with the product and the customer service.
I would like to request a refund however there is no one to request that to.
And while this is only a 3rd party platform - it seems to be the only way that there is a response.
Do not buy from here - nor reputable at all!

After having what felt like a positive experience with customer service, 3 weeks later, I am yet to receive a refund of the monies owed and not one member of the customer for life team has co reacted me to follow up my concerns for the state of customer service.
I will not be using the online services again. Utterly disgraceful.

My parcel was left right outside my front door and not left in my safe place. Not what I requested as I was out for the day. Anyone could have walked by and took it. Very disappointing.

I ordered 3 face masks. With 2-5 working days time on delivery.
My order arrived 10 working days later and when I opened the package, all I could smell was damp and mould.
I’ve had no one reach out to me after contacting Hype to inform them of this.

Poor customer service and worrying storage issues. Be careful when ordering.

Easy to get a quote and was able book for the vehicle to be removed the following day. John was efficient and pleasant, plus it was the best price I found.
I would totally recommend.
