Product is beautiful, but arrived unsealed and leaking. On discovering the pump on my conditioner was also broken I contacted customer services and provided both video and photo proof.
Despite this, I’ve had to pay an extra £8 to send these items back to Just My Look and then simply “await the results of their inspection”.
Given the amount spent and the evidence provided, I feel this is really poor customer service and on that basis I’ll never order from this company again.
If I don’t receive a full refund, including my postage costs I’ll seek to raise a dispute with my credit card.

Ordered a trampoline, cancelled with the delivery driver (before delivery).
Since then, I’ve written countless WhatsApp messages and sent a contact note to query my refund.
No response for two weeks!!!
None at all!!

Purchased the peel off lip liner I'd seen all over tiktok (should've known better). It arrived and immediately opened and used it only to discover it was nothing like I'd seen advertised.
Lumpy, thick gel that remained tacky and left an uneven stain on my lips.
Immediately contacted customer services for the return details and was advised a replacement would be sent - no other option offered.
The replacement took ages to arrive and when I got fed up of waiting I wrote them again, to request a refund on the original product.
Now, this is where it gets interesting...
I was told by 'Emerald' that you can't return open good for hygiene reasons - how on earth are you supposed to know if the product is faulty without opening it?
Later that same day, the replacement product arrived.
Armed with this new information, I again reached out to customer services and asked how I could return the unopened replacement (and the original if required) and then I was passed to another advisor as I challenged their return policy under UK consumer law.
I've now had another reply advising I can return the unopened, replacement product - but at my own cost....
I'll be reporting this company because I'm beyond annoyed with businesses thinking they can operate like this without recompense and would advise people to avoid shopping here.
Save yourself the headache and head to superdrug or home bloody bargains, at least with you know where you stand then!

*Edit, refund confirmed with thanks for returning the product in perfect condition. No compensation offered for the return of the item 'in perfect condition' that they can now sell on.
It's disgraceful to me that they pass these costs onto the consumer and I will remain on a one woman band to hold these shady companies accountable.
Really, really wish I'd read the reviews before spending almost £200 on a trampoline. Tried to return within the 14 days and transpires it's at my own cost. The cheapest quote found being £70!!!
This is apparently 'clear' in the company Ts and Cs, but had it been clear on the advert - I'd have bought something locally.
I'm so annoyed and although I'll go ahead and return the item out of stubbornness, I'm also going to report this company to Trading Standards as something is really off and to put families in this position is really unfair!

Brilliant service! Ordered online and realised after I’d paid they’d also stocked my favourite lychee flavour! Posted a contact note and the loveliest guy calls me the following morning and explains if I add it on as a collection, he’ll pop it in the post! And they included the Nic shots I’d forgotten! Whenever I need to order online - I’ll never use anywhere else!

Purchased the medik8 ultimate recovery for £30 over a week ago on the promise of 2 day delivery. After a week the item had still not been dispatched.
I had to email customer services to find out what was happening and recieved a response advising that as a ‘small family business’ they were struggling to update stock online vs stock in store.
Didn’t explain why no one had contacted me post order, but simply asked my refund would be actioned so I could re-order elsewhere.
No refund confirmation and when I checked a couple of days later the item is still available for online order.
Reached out again to confirm refund had been actioned and queried why the item is still showing as available online.
No response.
I’ll be emailing again today to confirm my refund has been actioned, or I’ll be issuing a charge back via my bank.
Avoid!!

Worst company in the whole world. Have been raising complaints for the last twelve months due to the issues we’ve experienced whilst travelling.
I have racked up, literally hundreds of pounds in international call charges due to errors on my account, my card constantly being declined when using abroad, been compulsively lied to on the phone by advisors (including today), patronised and misinformed.
I’ve actually been locked out of the app for the last six months because an advisor ‘advised’ my international number would work in the app. Turns out it doesn’t and resulted in me being locked out until I could get a sim sent over from the UK.
Complaints take a minimum of 15 working days (3 weeks) and can take up to 8 weeks to be looked at and they’ll tell you they’ll ’expedite’ them. There is no process for expedition - so don’t be fooled by that.
I intend to go to the obudsman, but seriously, stay well clear of virgin money, worst credit card company in the world!
