I ordered an air conditioner on 29 June. After waiting 10 days for delivery, just as another heatwave is about to begin, I received an email informing me that my "request for cancellation had been successfully processed". I never requested a cancellation.
So instead of receiving the product I ordered, I'm now left without an air conditioner at the worst possible time, after losing valuable time waiting for a delivery that was apparently never going to happen.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. If there was a stock issue or another problem, I would have expected clear communication so I can make alternative arrangements, not an unexplained cancellation that I did not authorize.
Oh, and I also note that since my purchase they've raised the price of that same item by 110EUR :)
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Cecotec.
I ve ordered a mobile AC. 2 weeks later They said i have cancelled my order ( which I did not and I m not the only one apparently, more comments are the same for this brand)
So my order is cancelled i wait 2 weeks for nothing I suffer from heat and now I need to wait for the reimbursement and to order somewhere else !!!

I ordered a portable air conditioner back on June 28th. According to their own website, it was scheduled to be delivered on July 10th. This company stayed completely silent until July 9th—literally ONE DAY before the scheduled delivery—only to cancel my order out of nowhere.
This means they never even had the item in stock, yet they chose to hold onto my money and make me wait until the very last minute just to cancel it. Are you kidding me? In the middle of this brutal summer heat wave?! This is incredibly unprofessional and downright irresponsible.
I had already heard a lot of terrible things about this brand, but I foolishly decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try ordering anyway. Huge mistake. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice.
STAY AWAY. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
I ordered an AC from you since June. When tracking my order it’s said to be handed to Seur but that transporter said they have nothing from the tracking number you gave me. I called your customer service number never got a reply. Same by mail and WhatsApp nothing. Where is my order ? Where is my 339 euros? I m waiting for you and I’ll file a complaint.

Customer service doesn't exist. Not a reliable entreprise.
Product was acquired on June 23, 2026, and it was supposed to be delivered on June 27.
They never gave me any feedback about my order. I contacted them via email, they never replied. And today, July 8, they cancelled my order without any further contact and/or explanation.
If this is your way of doing business, good luck. For me, never again.
If I will see my money back, I don't know.
This company should never exist.

Order 225337116211417 was stuck for almost 2 week without any updates, product was « in stock » during the order but seems something went wrong in terms of inventory… After sending an email to get a status update my order have been « cancelled », thanks for the non necessary pending. I’ll take care about when the refund will be done on my bank account. I recommend you to improve your process in terms of logistics and client support.

I ordered a portable air conditioner on the 22nd of June, at the beginning of the heatwave, so there were still other options available. On the website it said the air conditioner was in stock. After a few days the status of my order hadn’t changed, so I called to check whether the air conditioner was in stock and would be delivered. I was told everything was fine and it would be delivered in a few days.
After two weeks and multiple emails, the order is still at the “preparing” stage. When I called again today, I was told it’s no longer in stock and they don’t know when they’ll get more.
So in the beginning they lied to me, their website doesn’t work correctly (as it sells what they don’t have in stock), they haven’t sent me a single message describing the situation, and I am left in my apartment at 33 degrees.
Update:
Now they silently cancelled my order without contacting me and asking if I would like to wait for the next stock or not, this is appalling

I ordered a tower fan on 30/6, until now the order status is still the same (bearbeiten auf lager) and the last update was 1/7, I wanted to cancel the order through the link in the website but I couldn’t , I tried to reach them out through whatsapp and the mail in their contacts but all are unavailable.

I have tried cancelling online, one may have been cancelled but the other just says not available please try again. Orders 259,90€ and 459€. Have I lost my money?

Horrible customer service, I sent my fan to be fixed and they just won't return it, I tried calling, commenting on facebook, using the whatsapp channel, nothing!! just bots and generic replies, I do not want their product anymore, I will be asking for a refund!

The shipping time is far too long. My order was advertised as arriving within a few days, but it has been delayed significantly. What's even more frustrating is that customer service doesn't respond to emails or provide any useful updates. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered portable AC because I needed it asap and website said that it would be sent in 24 - 48 hours. I placed the order 5 days ago but thr order have not even been verified yet. I am calling their customer service in Germany but nobody is answering.
I got an answer that I should call +4970231559983 but I have already been doing it for the last 3 days. Today I called 6 times and could never reach anybody.
Do you have any more reliable communicatiom channel?

The worst company, font make the mistake of buying anything!
Low level product (cecotec patinete), was out of use after less than 8 months. The company didn't take any responsibility and made us feel it is only our fault. It took them 2 whole months to reply with a full answer- saying- its your problem.
Dont buy from Cecotec!!!!!

I had to cancel my order because it was (verification of stock) for so long and I ordered an AC portable out of desperation with two cats struggling in the heat in Paris during the heatwave.
They DO NOT reply to calls or emails.
Waste of time, I am waiting for an update on my reimbursement which no reply from any channel of customer service

I bought the kitchen scale which was quite expensive. It is totally unreliable and gives vastly different measurements even for the same item. It also promised 1g sensitivity but cannot detect anything below 10. Trash.
