We purchased a cabana sunbed from Klarstein in early June (order no 8008240877). A package arrived on the 23rd June. It contained approximately 1/3 of the sunbed. The package contained 4 legs and a base. Not a single bolt or screw, no canopy, no mattresses, no curtains. My husband contacted them by email and online chat at least a dozen times with no response. He left a review on here and Klarstein responded asking for the order number. That was it. We have heard nothing more. Their customer service is non-existent. Please do not use this company.

Terrible non-existent customer service. I would avoid Klarstein at all costs.

Ordered an ice machine through Klarstein and it arrived damaged - I was not looking for a refund, all I was after was a replacement machine.

It has been over a week of trying to contact them via their emails, their AI chat bot and calling. All I received was broken links, automated messages leading to nothing and being told that I am calling outside of business hours when there business hours state 10:00-17:00. I have done all I can and I have heard not a peep.

So disappointing.

I returned a damaged item I received overall month ago and have not heard anything back. I contacted you 10 days ago to see if there was any information about my item, I got a ticket number and have heard nothing again. This is totally unacceptable as I'm still waiting on replacement item.

Abysmal . Worst company I've ever had to deal with. They only respond when I come into trustpilot to leave a review.
I want my refund today. I have waited well over the working days , enough is enough .

Absolutely awful company with no customer service what so ever

Ordered a £300 ice maker for it to break after 2 hours of using it. Red service light on constantly.

Issued a return and replace for the label to be greyed out. Contacted via email over 10x to only receive an automated response.

Phone number does not work.

Absolute shambles of a company that should be shut down instantly!

Non existant customer service. I wanted a wine fridge and ordered one on 24 May 2026: it arrived both damaged and non-functional. I complained (by luck the phone line was open for once) and a replacement was agreed, but it was only actually collected by DPD on 24 June 2026. DPD officially tracked and delivered the item back to Klarstein's facility at 12.07 on 25 June 2026, but no replacement has been made. Since then phone calls and emails are blocked/not answered - much time wasted in just trying to get what I paid for. My 14-day legal refund window under the UK Consumer Rights Act has passed, and you Klarstein are refusing a replacement, and I thus require an immediate refund.

Customer service is non existant- telephone number says you are calling outside working hours no matter what time you call at- auto email response - i'm guess they give everyone the same case number and zero follow up (i've a faulty product still under warranty).

If I could award less than one star I would,
I have recieved an email from Klarnstein stating that I will be contacted shortly, that was three days ago, it is impossible too get any dialogue going with them as it is impossible too contact them phone numbers don't work But they have reacted since I wrote a trust pilot review.

I started a refund process on July 6th and they are not enabling the returning label for printing. I submitted several tickets to customer service, I called the phone number several times and NO ONE RESPONSE EVER.
You are blocking the refund process, so fraudulent. You get easy money and don't kept your promises. I already submitted a claim to consumer protection, this is absurd.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from this company. I purchased a coffee machine as a wedding gift. As it was a gift it was tried just outside of the 14 days. Unfortunately it was found to be faulty. I contacted Klarstein by email and attached a video. I just got an automated response, nothing further. I have done this twice more and got just the same automated holding response. The phone no for contact point comes up as not being recognised. I managed to find another number and although it connected me initially, I was cut off each time after a few seconds. I am now wondering if they are a legitimate company. Think twice before purchasing from them!

Update 7th July 2026
I wanted to give an update on how things are still not progressing with Klarstein. After my initial review left on trust pilot, I was contacted and was told that a refund would be issued and a courier arranged to pick up the faulty coffee machine. Unfortunately, this person went on holiday and I heard no more.
After sending a further email using the email address that seemed to work, another member of staff responded and sent me a label to return the machine myself. I did this and tracked it. They received it on 26th June.
I have had no confirmation they have received the coffee machine and no refund. I have emailed and had no response. I now have no coffee machine and no refund. The company have both.
I hope that someone from the company sees this and actions the refund immediately to my original payment method.

Excellent well made product, that is worth every penny. In the past we have the cheap Made in China ice makers, 3 which last less than a year. This Klarstein ice make, which is made in Germany, I would highly recommend.

Customer Service is non-existent - no replies except an automated response with no follow up to queries especially if you want to return an item. Their telephone contact details - answer machine stating you have called outside hours when you can within their published hours. Other number does not work.
You will loose your money if you order from this company!

Terrible customer service. Would seriously avoid. Their phone lines are consistently switched off and i have sent numerous emails and contact requests which have been ignored. I do not normally leave reviews but i am furious as i have been trying to return an item for weeks now, as per my consumer rights, so i cannot believe i am being ignored.

I really enjoyed using my Klarstein Garcon Kettle, but unfortunately it stopped working while it was still under warranty. On 1 June 2026, I submitted a warranty claim after the kettle started displaying error code E1 and stopped heating at around 50°C during normal household use.

In my warranty claim, I provided everything requested, including my order number, invoice, and a video clearly showing the defect. I immediately received an automated confirmation with ticket number 8008177023, but after that I received no response.

On 16 June 2026, I sent a follow-up email asking for an update on my warranty claim (ticket number 8008216535). Unfortunately, that email has also been ignored.

More than a month has now passed since I submitted my original warranty claim, and I have still not received a single personal response from Klarstein.

What disappoints me most is not that the product developed a fault—these things can happen—but the complete lack of customer service. I have purchased several Klarstein kitchen appliances over the years and had planned to continue buying from the company. However, if warranty claims are simply ignored, I will have to reconsider buying Klarstein products in the future.

Customer service is nonexistent. It always says sorry currently noone is available, during normal work hours. Tried at least 5 times. The contact form is also completely useless as no responeses here either.

Coffee machine went wrong. Returned it with a supplied label. Nearly 4 weeks have gone by and 6 individual service ticket requests generated to no avail.
Still not received replacement, no communication, phone numbers not working, chat bot called Dory is definitely a bit fishy and no coffee for nearly 4 weeks is making me not only grumpy but very disappointed with this company, especially as I've had several items off them over the years.

Just so there is no confusion or us going around in this time consuming unnecessary loop my customer ID is 111016366 and order number 1203243220. I think you have every piece of information to send me a new machine. If this is not received in 7 days, then due to the quantity of other, similar complaints I will escalate as I’m in a fortunate position to do so. Please send me a new machine, then delete my account and consider my custom lost. As a guarantee of a replacement was received with a return label supplied, in accordance with the consumer credit act there appears that a breach of contract is becoming evident. Due to the number of complaints on this site probably draws the interest of UK trading standards. Your trading profile is unprofessional, appears unlawful and the representative issues should be urgently resolved.

Ordered a sunbed and received only half the parts to make up bed. Sent over a dozen emails and tried chat 20 times not a single response in 2 weeks. Impossible to get hold of anyone at this company. They have a chat bot that says it can put you in contact with a human, but then says no one is available - I've tried contacting them multiple times via email and chat with no reply other than an automated response. The phone number has an automated answer, saying it's always outside office hours.

Originally ordered a "used" item, only for it to arrive heavily dented. Registered a return, which they approved but without supplying a shipping label. At one point their chat bot provided a link to the label only for it to go straight to a 404 page :(

Their returns window is only 14 days, so I'm left with no option other than to send it back at my own cost and hope they actually refund the cost of the item and the return.

Ordered a new version of the same item, which arrived promptly the next day without issue. Hopefully I never need to contact them about the warranty!

If their customer service department reads this, I hope you improve - it's a real shame as they obviously make some good products. Really let down by their lack of communication though.

I'm trying to return an air conditioner that isn't suitable. The delivery was fine but the return is a different matter as there is simply no response from customer service. The return and right of withdrawal is regsitered but after more than a week of constantly trying to contact them, I've received no return label and the web link provided is dead. The online chat always says nobody is available, while mesages and emails are ignored. Really poor and frustrating service. If anyone from Klarstein is reading this, please contact me!
