Took over two weeks to arrive and…

Took over two weeks to arrive and supplied with EU plug. Should have purchased from Amazon which was only a few £ more. Lesson learnt.

Broken website

The password reset page on their website is broken - it doesn’t allow you to enter a new password. This means I can’t access my account to track a package, or raise any support tickets!!

In Stock” Doesn’t Mean Anything Here

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve postponed my delivery for the second time already.

I placed my order on June 19, 2026. It was supposed to arrive on June 23, 2026. Today is already June 27, 2026, and I just received another message saying it’s delayed again and now expected on July 3, 2026, if it even arrives by then. There’s no guarantee. They might push it back another ten days, just like they did with my headphones, which took an entire month to arrive.

Meanwhile, AliExpress usually delivers in about three days. Seriously. And both companies have warehouses in Spain.

To make things worse, when I ordered the batteries, the website clearly showed them as “In Stock.”

I do not recommend ordering from this company. Save yourself the hassle and use AliExpress instead. This British website is an absolute joke.

The worst customer service

I have ordered from TechInn (Tradeinn) a few times, and a recurring issue has finally prompted me to leave this review. During checkout, I explicitly selected and paid for home delivery to my address. However, my most recent order 68750799 was once again routed to a local pickup point.
When I contacted Tradeinn support regarding the misrouting, they gave me a scripted response blaming standard delivery procedures in my contry. I didn't accept this, so I followed up directly with the local carrier. The carrier confirmed that Tradeinn actually designated the package for a pickup point from the very beginning.
Tradeinn is charging for a "home delivery" service that they are intentionally not fulfilling, and their customer service avoids accountability by shifting the blame to the courier.
If you need your package delivered to your door, do not trust their shipping options.

P.S They are still avoiding to take responsibility and keep blaming the the carrier. Quote: "You placed your order with Israel post. It depends upon their protocols. Please complain with them."

All good except product description was…

All good except product description was not exact, it said refurbished device was locked ( should have been unlock) I don't know how Techinn test this product while locked and needed Prime Payment.
So in all be careful when you buy ask questions before eny purchase the saving for the refurbished product was nothing after Prime payment.

This is the worst company I've ever…

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a microwave from them. The delivery time was stated as 10 days. When I hadn't received my order after two weeks, I inquired about the status. They told me the product I ordered was still out of stock. They knew this when I ordered it, but they lied about the delivery time. When I asked them again for a new delivery date, they couldn't provide any information, even though their website lists the microwave as having a 10-day delivery time. They continue to lie to me and other customers. A month has passed since my order, and I still haven't received it.

I got exactly what a paid for a brand…

I got exactly what a paid for a brand new high-end pc gaming monitor straight out of the factory. Yes it was 3/4 days late but I'm not bothered by that. I saved €200. Am delighted.

The delivery dates stated are not even close to the actual arrival dates, and then I recieve the wrong items. This then involves a lengthy return policy, photos and explainations.

Be careful with buying from techINN

Before purchase, I asked multiple detailed questions and I did not receive a single direct answer to any of those questions.
The seller appears to have no idea what they are actually selling.
The AI chat support was completely useless, and the ticket responses were equally unhelpful.

The VR headset (Pimax Crystal Light) I received from techINN was clearly not factory new and showed visible signs of prior use/opening.
Despite the product description strongly suggesting that DMAS audio was included, it was missing from the package.

To make matters worse, the headset arrived locked and unusable (it is a Pimax Prime version, that needs to pay additional fee to unlock the device — something that was obviously never mentioned anywhere on the product page.

At this point, this purchase feels like an attempt to scam customers by selling returned/used or improperly activated hardware as new.

Be very careful with this store and its offers.

I still hope the seller will finally take responsibility and resolve the issue in a satisfactory way.

NEVER again!!

Ordered Xiaomi smart blender from them. It was stated as refurbished and in good condition.

However what I received was simply a nightmare...

1. There was literally zero packaging in the box. Everything (motor unit, blender jar and other parts) was just freely moving from one side to the other side...The only packaging for each part was a thin plastic bag, lol...

2. The handle of blender jar had a serious crack at the bottom.

3. The motor unit had something broken inside and it was moving here and there when the base unit is moved/ tilted. It's like a broken peace of motor or smth like that...

4. Everything was in dirty condition and so used that the only application for such unit is rubbish bin, honestly.

When received, I was simply shocked that tradeinn.com sell such rubbish. Sent them pics and video about damaged parts that were not mentioned asking for sending me a return label. Instead they refused and stated that everything is as described...lol... So I had to pay for return label by my own... RIDICULOUS !!!! Simply made me a scapegoat...

Dismal shop with pathetic service and approach! NEVER again!!

Negative experiences are common

My experience was the same as many others. Delivery is estimated as if UPS can ship upon processing but I have been run through a loop of “the item hasnt arrived at our facility” and now my estimated delivery date went from a two day window after my order was placed last week to a TWO MONTH window. Unacceptable bait and switch. Buyer beware. Do not shop here.
