SERVICE CLIENT HORRIBLE
I had to cancel my order because it was (verification of stock) for so long and I ordered an AC portable out of desperation with two cats struggling in the heat in Paris during the heatwave.
They DO NOT reply to calls or emails.
Waste of time, I am waiting for an update on my reimbursement which no reply from any channel of customer service
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT CECOTEC SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME
UPDATE: They reply to reviews by asking you to contact them by email and they still do not respond. It’s a joke.
