Brilliant advice and service, including delivery queries They even personally tracked the item for me to keep me up to date. Very fast response to any query. And most of all, the mac is fantastic.

I can highly recommend Hoxton Macs. They really do care about their customers. I ordered a laptop from them, and when the courier didn't turn up on time, Benjamin made it his personal mission to follow it up with the courier make sure it gets sorted and I get the laptop as soon as possible.

It's rare to see someone take personal responsibility for something that is beyond their control, but Benjamin definitely went the extra mile. I can say that I am really impressed.

Excellent and swift service.

Quick, efficient and easy. A simple process resulting in the delivery of a laptop that looks and performs like brand new. Only one hiccup, which was my fault for not reading the description properly, it came with a US Qwerty keyboard which means the £ sign is hidden behind the 3 key and is not visibly represented on the keyboard. Not a biggie.

HM are just a no-brainer for getting top-spec professional Apple equipment. Have kept my business up to speed and saving me a lot of money.

easy site to navigate and purchase what I wanted

Ordering was straight forward. The macbook air was packaged really well and arrived super quickly.
I haven't had the laptop very long yet but it's working fine so far. I love the midnight colour but it does show fingerprints which I don't like and somehow there seem to be lots of bits of dust which accumulate between the keys which doesn't happen on my imac keyboard. Battery is 100% and charges quickly with the included charger / cable.

Safely packaged and M2 MacBook Air was absolutely spotless.

Got an M1 macbook air from them under the "Excellent" Grade. The macbook I received could have been brand new for all I could tell, it even smelt new. The mac claims the battery was at 0 charge cycles and 100% health, when I got it. And from research online, the battery seems to last for about the same time. Only thing I wish I did was buy a 256GB drive model instead of the 128GB.

First time using any apple product and I'm really happy with it. I would buy from them again.
