Sold my MacBook Air the team were fantastic. From start to finish payment under 2 days straight to my bank thank you MacFinder .

Be warned: they'll damage the devices you send them to lower their original quote. I have used them a few times and suspected they were doing this so I decided to take lots of photos and a video of the next device as proof of condition. Sure enough they did the same thing. They did approx £400 worth of damage to the immaculate M4 Max Macbook Pro I sent them. You can google "Macfinder damage device" and there are quite a few instances of people experiencing the same thing. Their support were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Likely, this will end up going through trading standards or a small claims court.

Fast delivery. The Macbook Air I bought was also in excellent condition. I'm a happy customer and macbook owner.

Although the mac came with a block on creating new accounts on it due to too many new accounts already associated with it and I had to contact support and 2 hours later I actually got an account working on it, this still gets 5 stars because the machine itself is absolutely pristine! Like not a mark on it, for 800 quid a 32gb, m1 pro 14inch, 14 core machine is an absolute bargain. The battery is at 88% well within the acceptable range. Not a single mark on it. It is genuinley like new. If it came in original packaging, i would never have known it was a refurbished model. Great value 👏 Also, ordered 10am Wednesday, arrived 7pm the next day and I am up the north east of Scotland. Great to see a business with standards!!! Keep up the great work!

Excellent. Second Mac I’ve bought from here. First one had a speaker problem which was fixed straight away (picked up and resent to me)

Second one was a Mac mini in excellent condition.

Will use these guys in future too.

Mac looks better than expected cosmetically and feels great so far. Rapid dispatch and delivery. Good customer service - the payment page wasn't working despite many attempts to pay by card but this was solved after some communication with a human and an alternative payment method.

Ease of Purchasing Refurb iPad. This is the second time Ive use MacFinder to purchase a refurbed product on both occassions this has proved to be competitive with excellent product supplied. Condition is as described and could well have been brand new. Would use them again.
