Great product and all appears to be working well. Item was very well packaged and easy to set up. Only issue is with customer service. After acknowledgement of the order there were no details about shipping or when the item left the warehouse etc. No tracking details for delivery, and despite email advising item would be with me in 48 hours, it was over a week later when it arrived. Not provided with any information about delivery dates or time slots. Sort this side of things out and it would be 5 stars
I definitely wouldn’t buy from this company the after sales service is non existent I wanted to return my item as it was far too heavy, they said they would collect it but I had been harassed into keeping it as they won’t collect it they told me to give it a friend then they advised me that I’ve waived my right to use it and it wouldn’t be safe to use it!!!!
Now I’m stuck with a machine I don’t want & can’t use all because they won’t pick it up 🙈it’s supposed to be a hassle free returns policy

I ordered a £175 item over a week ago and got no date for when this would be dispatched or delivered. I emailed to ask what was going on and have had no response.
If this is not going to be dispatched I want a refund or I will be reporting to Action Fraud.

Avoid !!!! Absolutely terrible customer service. Everyone said that Delivery is hit and Miss and you can never know when your order is arriving so I decided to select pick up from the warehouse. Drove an hour to get there and was told to come back another time because they’re very busy, no one answers the phone no one at the warehouse speaks English apart from one guy who bless him is doing his best.
Incorrect models given to clients because of confusing warehouse codes and generic boxes. Even the warehouse Staff don’t know what the warehouse codes correspond to with regards to the online orders. The website is absolutely terrible as well, it keeps taking you to a different page than what you click on and therefore as a result you never know what you’re actually ordering. Just plain avoid this company.

Less than 12 hours after ordering I attempted to cancel the order. Mostly down to the awful reputation this company has and the lack of support users receive when something inevitably goes wrong with the item.
I have spent 3 hours attempting to speak to someone this morning to cancel the order. Firstly phoned the number on their website and it put me through to someone in a warehouse who said he couldn't cancel my order and would email support on my behalf. I then tried live chat, I've been number 2 in the queue for 2 hours (it says wait time 5 minutes), then called the other number and left an voicemail. I have also sent an email requesting the same. No success with any form of contact.
I will be refusing delivery when the item is attempted to be delivered. I imagine I'll have a fight on my hands getting a refund from this obviously shady company.

Order arrived ok but asked to return it for a refund and they are stalling me at every opportunity! 3 times now I have explicitly asked for a refund and they taje days to reply back then just offer me a 50% off voucher or a different model! Been 2 weeks now nearly and still don't have a date for collection for it. From the looks of other reviews this looks to be standard. Absolute disgrace of a company doing this wish I'd seen this reviews before. Most reviews on social media are from fake accounts. Total scam avoid!

I would give no stars if I could! Never received my treadmill! Couldn’t get in touch with courier! Couldn’t get in touch with Deerrun! Eventually did - still awaiting refund after lots of delayed email responses!

I would go with no star if i could. Im very dissapointed with the product the walking pad as it started to make loud streaky noises after a few week of usage, they then told me to keep the product and will issue a full refund that never came, it has been over a month and the refund is still in process and the customer service kept on telling you different things. It is so confusing and frustrating dealing with a company that selling a faulty product with a faulty customer care. PLEASE DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCT trust me its not worth the hassle!

I've had my Deer Run Treadmill for barely over a year, 14 months to be exact. My experience wasn't off to the best start with poor delivery service with the large treadmill just left on my doorstep as I wasn't home. However the main issue is that only 14 months into using my Deer Run treadmill, conveniently just enough time outside of my 1 year warranty, it has decided to pack in. I have kept it well maintained and in a good state etc. I have reached out to the customer service for some assistance and I have been merely fobbed off stating that the product is now outside of the warranty and I need to source my own local technician. Firstly, some recommendations perhaps of who I should be approaching in terms of technicians might have been helpful but nothing of the sort was offered. The fact that the product is barely over a year old, never shown any signs of issues before today but has suddenly faltered didn't seem to be of surprise to the customer service rep I spoke to. I appreciate if I had the product for some time and it had been through significant wear and tear then I could take it on the chin but the fact that it barely made it over a year is a joke. I deter anyone else to fall for this product - I thought Deer Run was one of the more superior manufacturers for the walking pad compared to some competitors I have seen but obviously not the case. I had seen far cheaper models with competitors and I was willing to pay more for the walking pad as I felt you basically get what you pay for but again that is not the case! I paid £250 for this and now I feel I may have been better off just paying £100-120 with someone else if the product can barely make it past a year and the customer service is as shoddy as it is. DO NOT USE!

Poor experience. Ordered a walking treadmill in April, had no delivery updates until I chased in May and was then told it was out of stock. When would I have been updated about this if I hadn't reached out? Furthermore, they offered me £10 to keep the order, despite not knowing themselves when the shipment would be made because there was no stock of the product. I finally got a refund, but the customer service updates and general support are shockingly bad. I'll get the product elsewhere.

Arrived as indicated it would. Driver kindly brought it into the house as too heavy for me. A relative set it up for me and works as described. The handles are a must for balance and easy to fold down when not in use. I don't quite understand the app. I would like to see some outdoor scenery to walk to but can't find it. I'm not really into community activities so just watch television whilst walking.
Being able to use my I pad and mobile phone sinking my phones to the running machine.
Paid on the 7th May, was promised delivery by the 13th May. Still no updates on it. I have spoken to customer service live chat twice and the answers were wildly different. First time I was told to wait 7 working days and then query, second time I was asked to wait 14. Im not happy waiting terrible service. I wanted a walking pad quickly and it has already been 2 weeks since the payment sent. Don't advise a date you will receive it buy and then miss it without any communication, all on me to query and chase.

Took over a month for delivery. They left my order pending for 2 weeks as they said my address was too long for use. After a chat they messed my address up again so gave alternative address then a week later they said there was a failed delivery attempt at my original address, which didn’t happen as I have cctv. After another complaint they finally delivered to original address over a month from taking payment. I have to chase all the way, very poor service. Tread mill is good for a basic walking tread mill
