Poor customer service/support
Poor experience. Ordered a walking treadmill in April, had no delivery updates until I chased in May and was then told it was out of stock. When would I have been updated about this if I hadn't reached out? Furthermore, they offered me £10 to keep the order, despite not knowing themselves when the shipment would be made because there was no stock of the product. I finally got a refund, but the customer service updates and general support are shockingly bad. I'll get the product elsewhere.
