AVOID - Product does not last, Service is non-existent.

Bought a walking pad based on the review of a well-known influencer. Opted to buy through Amazon. Swift delivery and great product. It worked well for around 12 months until the remote battery ran out.
Replaced the battery, but the remote would not work. Replaced with another battery, still did not work. Contacted support, who seemed so disinterested, and even asked me to email them again after they'd been on holiday. No told that the spare parts are not longer made, so they can help no further. I would expect these machines to go on for years, not a remote control that gives up after the warranty expires. Not long lasting product and dreadful customer service. AVOID.

Do Not Buy From This Website

I chose to order from this website because it clearly stated fast delivery, which was the main reason for my purchase.

After waiting for a week without any updates, I contacted them to ask where my package was. Only then was I informed that the walking pad would not be delivered until mid-April. In my opinion, this is misleading and false advertising.

Since then, I have contacted them more than 10 times requesting that my order be cancelled. They take several days to respond if they respond at all, and they consistently ignore my cancellation request. Instead, they repeatedly try to make me wait by offering €30 in compensation, which I have clearly refused.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM UREVO

Purchased a Urevo treadmill however the incline and remote control has not worked from day 1. When I contacted them they sent me directions in a video of a person speaking Chinese. I have asked multiple times for a manual in English however they do not have one. Their work around for 'fixing' the incline is to send me a control module that they want me to change out WITHOUT proper instructions. I have asked for a full refund and have not heard anything back. DO NOT BUY FROM UREVO!!!!!!!

Very slow responses times and poor logistics…

Very slow responses times and poor quality serice. Going to take 2.5 weeks for the item to arrive after I askeed them nearly 1/2 dozen times they never gave me an accurate delivery date.

Also after looking at the Trust Pilot reviews have decided that I don't want to do business with a company that doesn't treat their customers well.

Decent if you buy an extended warranty for when it breaks.

Bought a 300+ treadmill that barely latest a year before it randomly shut off while walking on it. Never turned back on so I contacted the company. After a week of talking they only offered $30 towards me purchasing a new treadmill even though based on their claims it’s just the control unit that went out. And I had to purchase from their website even though I purchased mine through Amazon.

They're sending cancelled order!!!

They're sending an order that’s already cancelled. This company is a full scam!! This is fraudulent. I've just put in the cancellation request because of a mistaken order, right after putting it in. Instead of that, they're just trying to ship it right after my request, in the middle of the night.

Non existent UK customer service, item got lost in transit

Terrible company - in the UK, they have virtually non existent customer support. No phone line, and live chat is always offline. They barely reply to emails.

I ordered a walking pad treadmill from them and 10 days later it still wasn’t there, they didn’t have a clue where it was even with the courier, so I pushed for a full refund which I’m still waiting on .

No apology - will never use the company again.

UREVO Foldi 3S Treadmill: Quality Issues & Disappointing Support

Upon receiving my UREVO Foldi 3S Treadmill, I noticed poor build quality, including a noticeable, large stain on the deck of the desk.

The cupholder was nasty inside and missing the lid. It's like they removed the cup-holder in the design but didn't bother to change the pictures on the website or update the manual. Or maybe it's supposed to be a surprise if you get one with a lid or not?

The front display on the desk was either misapplied or someone tried to peel it off at the factory leading to warping/crimping and visible adhesive.

They claim that the "issues" are "caused by our warehouse keeper moving them or testing them"...so, that means that they admit the cosmetic issues were caused by them. Did the warehouse worker remove the cupholder lid, too? UREVO offered only a $30 refund instead of replacing the control deck, which is a shocking attempt at resolving these matters.

CyberPad Home is great so far, customer support not so much

CyberPad Home is a solid device, but my support request went unanswered. That really doesn't give me confidence in their after sales support. Oh, and they dropped the price by a further £40 a week later. Clearly the £100 I saved wasn't a genuine saving at all (as they now list the rrp as the price I paid - £499).

What a bad experience! There is virtually no customer service at all.
Backed their campaign from the very beginning and never received my treadmill.
No answers to my questions.
The only answer I got is to check my Amazon account????
What has Amazon to do with their Kickstarter camaign?
450 Dollar gone!

I wanted to return a purchase and had to endure a dozen back-and-forth emails with their less than terrible customer service. It felt like I was always talking to another person in a different language and they never even understood that I literally just wanted to return a product. A standard procedure to any company in 2025

Extremely disappointed – poor product and even worse customer service

I bought the UREVO Walking U1 Pad a few weeks ago, hoping for a reliable solution to stay active at home – especially for health reasons. Unfortunately, the device stopped working after only a short period of use. Even more disappointing has been the so-called “excellent after-sales service” they claim to provide.

Despite clearly explaining that I urgently need the walking pad for daily use due to health concerns, their support team has been painfully slow to respond. Every reply takes several days, and after two full weeks, all I received was a generic troubleshooting guide – which was completely useless and didn’t solve anything.

I’m beyond frustrated. I expected a working product and at the very least, responsive customer support. Sadly, I got neither.

I cannot recommend this company or its products and deeply regret this purchase.

Unreliable, unresponsive company. Might be a scam.

Charged my card, but never sent the walking pad. Their site said they had stock. Then, they changed their website & said they’d ship on 2/21. Now their website says 2/26. I imagine it will change again. I’ve reached out to the company 3x by email and 1x by chat. All emails have gone unanswered. The chat person told me “If we changed your card we will send to you.” But can’t find my order or tell me when they expect to ship it. It’s beginning to feel like a scam. If I don’t hear from the company with a shipping notice by Friday, I’m just going to call my CC company and cancel it.
