Don't order here

Placed my order 54346 on May 15th with an estimated delivery time of 4–6 business days. It is now May 20th and I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation, even though I need the racket by this Friday.

I have contacted customer service (by email and phone) to cancel my order so that I can order a racket somewhere else. Have not received response so far. The phone line was not even answered after selecting the option to speak with an operator (!)

Very disappointed with Nox. I thought ordering directly from the brand would be the safest option, but unfortunately it has been a frustrating experience.

Update 21-05: I received the order today after it was shipped with priority yesterday. Glad to have it now, although I still haven’t heard anything from customer support.

Bottom line: if you need fast delivery, order elsewhere. The same applies if you expect customer support.
