Ok but requires lots of hand holding

Unlike daily look they deliver on time but the stylists get lazy in my opinion. There isn’t much variety to what they select. The quality of the brands are mixed.

Never deliver on schedule

I tried daily look last year and while they sent a number of items only a couple were worth keeping. My biggest frustration with daily look is how long in advance you have to schedule and they never make their dates. I had a problem last year with an order being over a week late so I unsubscribed. I tried again recently and couldn’t schedule for a month and then they missed that date with no updated date. They can’t seem to figure out shipping and timing so I’m cancelling again and don’t expect to be back.

Easier to shop online yourself

My first two boxes with Daily Look were late. My second box has a status of getting ready for 18 days with no idea when it will ship even though they asked me what I thought of the selections and I gave feedback a week ago. You can’t cancel your subscription when in that status either. Their web site is not helpful. They seem to be overwhelmed by shipping. The stylists at least respond and are nice but the problems aren’t ones they can solve.
