Dailylook is a premium online personal styling service for busy women who want to look stylish without the stress of shopping, while saving time and upgrading their wardrobe. Each customer is matched with a dedicated personal stylist who curates a box of up to 12 handpicked clothing pieces, offering more items per box than many competitors. Your stylist selects items based on your style preferences, body shape, and lifestyle. The goal is to deliver outfits that feel polished, confident, and easy to wear. With a larger variety of pieces in each box, you can explore new styles and create multiple outfit combinations from home. Before your box ships, you can preview your items online. You can swap out up to three pieces you don’t love and add accessories if desired. You only pay for what you keep. Free shipping and free returns make the experience simple and risk-free. The styling process begins with a style quiz that helps your stylist understand your needs. You can communicate directly with your stylist to request outfits for special occasions, work, travel, or seasonal updates. Dailylook combines professional styling with flexible delivery options. Boxes can be sent monthly, every two months, or every three months. You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time, making Dailylook an easy way to enjoy fashion without the stress of shopping.

Horrible Subscription Service
First box contained two damaged and/or stained items. I wanted a sweater that was in the box - but it had been damaged and requested a replacement. Zero response. Sent everything back. Second box: couldn’t checkout using the app so used my laptop instead. I had problems with their checkout process using the app every time. It’s obvious by the items they sent that they didn’t take into account what my size/style preferences were. It’s all so very apparent they are using AI for a lot of their communications (or they’re non-English speaking). Tons of typos, miscommunications, grammatical errors and misinformation in their responses. When I sent them an email advising the checkout process was not recognizing my submissions - they responded by stating they were canceling my subscription as I requested (I never requested this). So…. I decided to keep it that way. Their clothing items are pretty good - but the prices are VERY high, their customer service is really bad, and the ‘credits’ you earn are actually quite limited.

Never deliver on schedule
I tried daily look last year and while they sent a number of items only a couple were worth keeping. My biggest frustration with daily look is how long in advance you have to schedule and they never make their dates. I had a problem last year with an order being over a week late so I unsubscribed. I tried again recently and couldn’t schedule for a month and then they missed that date with no updated date. They can’t seem to figure out shipping and timing so I’m cancelling again and don’t expect to be back.

I don’t understand what all the hype is…
I don’t understand what all the hype is about Daily Look. I really wanted to give this service a try after reading rave reviews, so I got a few boxes and each one was progressively worse. Honestly, these were the UGLIEST clothes I’ve ever seen and the prices are SO HIGH!!! $$$$ My stylists (I requested a second one after the first one totally missed the mark) completely ignored my requests. It seemed like someone randomly grabbed a bunch of clothes off a rack, threw them in a box and mailed it. No joke, I could get cuter and better quality clothes at TJ Maxx, Marshall’s or Kohls. My favorite styling service is Stitch Fix and I plan to keep Stitch Fix and NEVER use Daily Look again.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. If you have changed sizes, know that it is IMPOSSIBLE to change your style profile - stylist will continue to send you the wrong sizes month after month after month after month. Even if you email them EVERY TIME.
Clothes are not great quality. Blazers seldom have a proper lining. There is no luxury at all.
If you want a subscription service for the convenience, DailyLook is not the subscription service for you. The amount of time I’ve spent having to reach out to customer service to address problems is astounding.
Now that my stylist knows my vibe
Now that my stylist knows my vibe, I’ve been getting really cute and versatile pieces! Thank you!
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I gave this a try only because of a podcast discount code. Still love the podcast but hated this service! (And I have tried and liked other subscription boxes). Not only did the site mislead me on the discount code, they tried to upsell me🙄 I didn’t want any of the clothes in my box because they weren’t my style at all. My stylist fee wasn’t refunded (as it usually is for other subscription boxes), and when I tried to use my so-called “credits”’before they were expired, they weren’t actually applied. So I just paid $60 for a cheap pair of earrings? Ponzi scheme! Stay away. Overpriced clothes with terrible customer service policies.

My last three boxes have included items…
My last three boxes have included items I said I didn’t want, colors I mentioned I hated, and sweaters when the temperature in my area is already 90. My last box from 3/23/26 hasn’t even arrived, and it’s now 4/21. I tried to cancel and was told couldn’t, until the latest box is “checked out.” This has been a terrible experience. I also want to add I requested items that I wanted to buy in different sizes and even those weren’t included in my boxes. I’m not sure what the current issues are on the backend, but it’s not worth any more of my time or money.

This has been the worst experience with…
This has been the worst experience with a style box I have ever had. I worked with stitch fix for years and several boxes from wantable. I have always been able to find pieces that I loved that would fit my lifestyle. Not only did I send the ENTIRE box back, I couldn’t keep 1 item the stylist was so far off the mark of my style, customer service could have cared less and refused to refund my styling fee. I am paying a stylist for absolutely nothing!!! This subscription box is a huge disappointment and clearly does not care to have good customer service. I was not offered a single suggestion, not a second styled box to make up for the horrible one I received, not a refund, not a single gesture of good customer service. This service is a joke.

I think the clothes are good quality
I think the clothes are good quality, and my stylist works with me very well. I had gotten in such a rut with all my clothing being the same style and similar colors. She has come up with some great clothes and I feel much more confident.
Love the outfits and quality
Love the outfits and quality; however, I feel that the prices are a bit un un-proportioned.
Great products with quality fabrics

I love opening the giant "mystery box"…
I love opening the giant "mystery box" to see what goodies my stylist had chosen for me! I like that there's several items to choose from. Makes for better odds that I'll like something. This go around it was 3 items I kept, but I will be wearing them all Summer because they were ALL perfect for me!
Highly recommend.
I love the clothes selections made for me. I am a size 20, so hard to shop for, but everything looks great on and fits well. Fabrics are lovely, styles are trendy but age appropriate. Ease of returns is wonderful, though I admit I only return items that I already have or are seasonally inappropriate. It is like Christmas every time I open a box! Only downside is cost. The clothes are more expensive than I would usually spend. But I don’t really care, as the time saved over what I would have spent trying to find similar items is worth it.
Stylist doesn’t read notes, worn clothes
I ordered and the stylist didn’t bother to read anything I wrote. So I went to cancel and they said the next style fee was on them. Instead, they charged me a style fee, gave me a credit for purchasing, and refuse to do as they said. My new box has obviously worn clothes and now I lose $40 that they said I wouldn’t have to pay to start with. Do not recommend, do not trust.

If I could give this company negative…
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I signed up for this subscription on 2/22/26, finally matched to a stylist on 3/1/26–but nothing happened. On 3/14/26, got a different stylist who ignored my age, my preferences, my body type & my lifestyle—I mean, she included WHITE PANTS/Blouse in a box after I told her I was looking for clothes to wear as a WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER. WTH. So I tried exchanging those items before the box shipped & requested a new stylist before my box would be delivered On 3/18/26. 3/22/26 rolls around, and literally no movement/updates or box arrived, so I emailed customer service. After numerous emails back & forth, I was told on 3/28/26 that something unfortunate had happened to my box and it was lost, but not to worry—they’d contact the warehouse directly and get it shipped the following day. Several emails later, still no box, no tracking number and no new stylist, so I cancelled my subscription. Within 24 hours, I got another email saying I had 5 days to return my items or I’d be charged—so I emailed customer service AGAIN, and was assured that I wouldn’t be charged—they were aware I never received my box and apologized for the inconvenience. So tell me why…. Here it is, 4/7/26, and I wake up to an attempted charge to my card if $786.90. Yes, you read that right—almost $1k for a box of clothes that weren’t even remotely close to my style preferences that I never received. Total scam and waste of time/energy. This company is the most disappointing display of customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

I like the clothes that Claire picked out for me, very nice selection.
I absolutely love the quality and the…
I absolutely love the quality and the fit of all of the items I chose to keep. Generous sizes for my size 16 pants-waist and hips fit beautifully. My swing dress lays and flares beautifully.
However I am spending 2x more than I usually budget for everything.
I am discovering that I am just going to spend more for quality fabrics, fit, and styles
My personal dresser really listens to me too which I so appreciate.
Disappointing Customer Service
I have been using DAILYLOOK for over a year. It started out strong and they seemed to listen to my preferences. However my last few boxes have been very disappointing. I have been sent items that I specifically have requested NOT to receive (wide legs and skinny legs). Sizes have also been off. I have been sent the exact same pair of jeans 3 times in a row even though I purchased them the first time. I have requested a new stylist, maybe that will help.
The most disappointing thing happened when I ordered a scarf with my dollars that expire if I don’t use them. I received confirmation saying the scarf would be sent with my March order, it did not. I emailed them along with my confirmation number letting them know I didn’t receive the scarf. They said they would send it in my next box, which isn’t until August (I skipped a box because I haven’t been happy with it lately). I asked that they send it sooner because I have travel plans when I wanted to use the scarf. They said it was not their policy. I expressed my disappointment as it was their error. They have not replied at all to my latest email (2weeks ago).
Not happy in Minnesota.
