I returned a purchase in March and have proof of postage. As of today 18th April no refund and not looking like doing. Tried contacting them but no way does it allow me via email. Keeps blanking my attempts. Very annoying and will not be purchasing anything else from them. Disgusting service and not to be trusted

Never had any problems booking with Sykes. Always happy and will book again. Possibly 20 years of bookings.

Due to our Xmas and New Year holiday, booked with Sykes and being cancelled by the owner we were absolutely gutted but Sykes came to the rescue and we now have alternative arrangements for the holiday and thank you again.

We have been booking with Sykes for a lot of years, cannot remember exactly how many. We are confident ehen we book that everything is satisfactory.

I did quite a lot of research before this purchase and it came out a winner for me.

Delightful place to stay and Withernsea, although very quiet was perfect for us. We have booked again at this property for new year.

Never had any problems with cottages.com but wish places for rent are adequately described as unsuitable for disabled people.

Very helpful and friendly. No pushy salesperson, give us a shout when you are ready which we really do appreciate.

I already have one of your lights and recommend them to everyone I talk to about sleep patterns etc. The 2 I have just ordered are for both my daughters and I am sure the lights will help them as they both have demanding jobs and will benefit from them.

Only on one occasion have we ben let down by Sykes Holiday and that was Mayfair House, this was deplorable, damp and dirty. We left the next day after booking for a week. Every other bookings we have made have been acceptable over many years and we are still booking with Sykes Holidays.

I always use complete care shop as there is no hassle and my order is delivered super fast. They get 10/10.
