I recently received the mystery beauty box and was amazed at just how much was in it! A wide variety of products and sizes for me to try out. Excellent value and quality for money - I will definitely order again.

This is my second parcel and Im highly delighted with the contents of both. My first was the cosmetic and second was household. Will definitely order again.

I ordered a general mystery box. It was well packed and arrived on time. None of the items were of any use to me but I gave them to friends who enjoyed them.

I recently placed an order with the Liquidation Store (I have done so on many occasions and the service has always been fast and efficient and the products are excellent value for money). However, on this occasion, the wrong item was dispatched. I sent an email to the email address provided and within days my query was resolved and dealt with efficiently and to my satisfaction. Kris went above and beyond to ensure consumer satisfaction. Very impressed and happy to recommend Liquidation Store to anyone who wishes to bag a bargain!

The beauty mystery box was amazing with a wide range of enticing items. Well worth the money although I will rehome some rather unflattering eye shadow and an odd very dark nail varnish.

The hair mystery box is very much focused on hair loss products. I wouldn’t recommend it unless that is what you actually need. The item I tried smelled great and felt lovely on the scalp but an unusual amount of my hair fell out when I brushed it afterwards which was rather a surprise.

I will try the beauty box again after leaving a period for stock to change.

Items in homeware box certainly not worth the £100 as stated, a load of rubbish, apart from 3 items which could have bought in a bargin homeware shop. Pet box unless you have loads of dogs don't bother, mainly collars, no leads, no harnesses as advertised. If you fall for all the satisfied people on social media and buy do so at your own risk. Money down the drain.

Love the items I purchased and was so excited to receive them! Received an email a few days later thanking me for my custom and inviting me to leave feedback. I did reply (as per the email) asking if it would be possible to arrange to exchange one of the items which had arrived damaged (very small “ladder” to the front seem of leggings which I worry will get worse when exercising!) however, still haven’t received a reply for this. Hoping to get it sorted soon as I am really happy with the other items I received and I would like to be able to purchase more in the future. However, lack of communication and ability to arrange an exchange is putting me off buying more in the future.
If it helps, the email was sent from Kris on Monday 6th July and I replied same day.

A great choice of products and excellent value. There were some items such as as the laundry powder caddy and armchair cover that I was needing and going to buy, so I was thrilled that they were in the mystery box!

Total crap in my beauty and skincare mystery box. Paid £30 and most of it is small sample items, feel totally scammed tbh.

I wondered initially if this was one of those ‘too good to be true’ offers but the low price tempted me and the items arrived just as described and very quickly, so much so I placed a repeat order for the same again. Unfortunately, when it arrived they had sent the wrong size. A quick email and the issue was sorted really easily and the correct size arrived promptly. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend this store.

I buy from the liquidation store regularly and my first 3 parcels had wrong or missing items. My issues were dealt with rapidly and with professionalism. The products are top quality and packaged safely in environmentally friendly boxes. Delivery times are rapid.
