I bought two Crystal chandeliers they were too small. I then bought larger ones from the same company but on Amazon which were perfect and have keptI have been trying since March 14th sendingnumerous emails to send them back. klass home did reply a week later saying they could not find the order yet the order number was on my email address and my address so I then sent quite a few emails with the invoice for the purchas. and I have had no reply at all. NOW iam stuck with these lights that cost me £42 and I can't use. i will never use this company again so if you were thinking about buying lights don't buy them from Klass home. as you can't return if they are wrong, get them from elsewhere. also had to pick one star but if there was zero stars that is what I would've given.

Haven't received my order, no update, no email, no response to emails sent and phone number out of service. Think I've been scammed

I bought 3 of the faceted crystal pendant lights they are meant to be made from k9 glass crystal and they are not they are cheap plastic look a likes cis i have another i bought from somewhere else same brand etc and I’ve received these and the quality compared to the one I’ve already got is crap

The lamp I purchased was not wrapped properly, the box was opened and ripped in several places, there was no protection around the lamp and the bottom of the lamp was smashed and broken, I’m very unhappy and as yet I’ve not received my refund, very disappointing, I’ve searched everywhere for a lamp and was very happy I finally found one that I liked

I have not received my order after 11 days. I contacted customer service- no reply or update

Appalling customer service. No response to online queries, no response to emails, phone number never answered. Placed order over 8 days ago and supposed to be delivered within 5 days.

purchased clothes rail as looked well made and could stand 40kg arrived quickly and safely 20 mins to put together hat rack nice touch but had purchased one from IKEA for £15 similar construction but not as strong but not to sure that this is worth the extra £25 time will tell this is the problem with buying online can't see or feel quality of a item

Ordered from Wowcher and the Evri parcel stopped moving. I've been in touch with both Evri and Klass Home but getting nowhere with either. No responses from Klass Home. Terrible customer service and seems I'll probably have to get in touch with my bank to get that money back.

A prompt delivery and a ceiling light which exceeded expectations. A beautifully made light with crystals .

I have ordered a few times from them without any issues. But I am shocked on the amount of negative comments. I've not had any expereice where items were damaged or not replaced or emails not answered.

Scam. They and Wowcher are scamming customers.
Order is lost or stolen by evri and neither of them are replying.
They also gave a fake email address on Wowcher website on how to contact them.
No customer service even when they do respond.
I am left with no other than to dispute this payment with my bank,

Not happy , lamp that was sent was not complete as it had the clip's missing at the bottom of the unit this is causing the lamp to fall out. Was promised a refund and asked for my order number but still waiting. I’m not sure this company cares that much.
Still waiting for my refund.

Update;
finally got a reply from this company!! The email I received a few weeks back says you do not need to return give us your order number and we will refund you.
So I did and waited. Realised after 10 days or so that I still haven’t received a refund. So contacted them again. 2 emails later from me I get a reply saying here’s a label send it back!! I mean which one is it. I could have returned much sooner if I known. Anyway .. terrible company.. they do not care at all .. very slow in replying and conflicting advice as what to do next. Never again !!!
Honestly very poor service in every way. AVOID!!

Update 👎 … still no contact from seller . Stuck with a substandard lamp that I can’t use and paid £18…. Horrible company

Item was bought and paid for on the promise of next day delivery. Item did not arrive. But, after it did not arrive, the website said it may arrive in the next three days. Klass did not get in contact. But the delivery firm said they had not received the item. Still no contact from Klass. Very unhappy - and we haven't even seen the item yet!

Item finally arrived, 24 hours late. Still no contact from Klass. In process of assembling. Will update on quality later.

I ordered a shelving unit from them and they told me it was dispatched to a third party courier, the courier never received my item and they won’t refund me for it after emailing them describing my issue multiple times. Actually horrible experience avoid them at all costs.

These lamps are fantastic. I bought two as gifts for my friend's, one friend was being Ordained so I gave her the angel shaped himylayan lamp and my other friend the Rabbit shaped himylayan lamp for her Birthday. They are great quality and come with the bulb aswell. They were adequately packaged and arrived ontime with delivery updates. The lamps look far better in real life too as the photos don't do them justice and the prices are decent.

Item arrived damaged and no response from customer service. Luckily it was an amazon order so they will refund it for me, but what a joke.
