Breckenridge + Sneaky Fees

The place booked in Breckenridge was as described. Very convenient and clean. I really didn't appreciate the sneaky 13.5% tax that was collected at the end of the trip. It was hidden in the agreement that I okayed, so there's really no recourse, but that seems like something you should make explicit when booking. An extra $600 isn't nothing for some people. That kind of soured what was a fun trip with the family. I'll probably just go back to Airbnb next year.

I do want to clarify that the resort fee was included in your quote and outlined in your confirmation under the bolded section “Fees paid at check-in or check-out”, so it wasn’t intended to be hidden from you. Those types of fees are set and collected by the property, not Ski.com. Many booking avenues do include additional fees in their bookings, but not us! We’d love the opportunity to work with you again and show you the value we can bring compared to other booking options, even Airbnb.

Ask for Ray!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. When you call the number, a person answers immediately or they call you back within a very short time period. I spoke to an absolute legend on their team named Ray, and his knowledge/expertise of Switzerland blew me away. Absolute excellent service too! His response time was usually within a couple hours, if not a few minutes. He made the booking process seamless and answered all one hundred of my questions. Absolutely wonderful!
