A trip to Machu Pichu has a lot of moving parts, planes, trains and automobiles, buses, timed entry tickets and it goes on and on. Inca Expert Travel takes all of those concerns off the table. They know the best hotels for the class of travel you want. They know the reliable, safe drivers to get you around. They know the really pleasant and knowledgeable guides to help you maximize your trip. Everything went extremely smoothly, with nothing but punctual, pleasant people. I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful trip to Peru, thanks to Inca Expert Travel. They planned all our connections, guides, and hotels, and did a great job. Our guides were all excellent and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Out trip went from Lima to Cusco to Machu Picchu, then back to Cusco and home. There were a lot of moving parts, but everything went smoothly. The hotels were excellent and well situated. We were very happy with Inca Expert Travel.

Maria our agent was amazing and we were able to tailor the trip to everything we wanted with her help. The trip was amazing. The guides were great. Especially the pickup at airport. That guide who took us through Cusco churches, salt mines and Morys and transport to Sacred Valley was really knowledgeable & informative . We learned alot about the culture.
Lizzy Wasi and staff were great, the food -especially the vegetable green crème soup was so good, we really loved the town of Urubamba, such friendly people, so much to do there.
The hotel Jaya Machu Picchu Boutique Hotel was really nice and in the heart of the town.
Machu Picchu and Waynapicchu were amazing and so beautiful . Finally marked that off my bucket list

The train and Ollantaytambo station was very congested, I’m glad we got on the right train, it was slightly confusing and chaotic especially when we got back to the station late on Sunday night, but the lady transport from Inca was there to greet us amidst the chaos, she was a really nice lady and also very knowledgable.
The painted rainbow mountains Vinicunca were amazing. The guide was great, we were glad we did the ATVs, it was a long day, but a once in a lifetime experience.
Unfortunately we had to cancel the Lake Humanity hike due to our muscles being so tight from climbing Waynapicchu. 😞We were very disappointed but grateful that we had that day to explore Cusco which was such a beautiful and interesting city.
The Casa San Blas Boutique Hotel was amazing, the staff, room service , and those hot water bottles for warming beds at night were much appreciated.
I appreciate all the communication and recommendations from this agency. If I could I would’ve stayed another few days to complete everything I wanted to

We had an amazing trip to Peru because Maria had everything organized perfectly! All of our guides and drivers were fantastic! We never waited for our anyone and all our tickets were pre-purchased to ensure quick entries to all the sites. Our hotels were beautiful and everyone was very helpful during our time there. I would highly recommend Maria and her team - they planned the perfect trip for us.

Great Company!! Very responsive in planning the itinerary and making sure we were able to explore Peru and the Galapagos as we wanted to do. All connections and accommodations were great (and we requested economy accommodations). I was a bit worried about the tourist bus trip from Puno to Cusco (scheduled for whole day) but it turned out to be one of the best days on the trip as we got to see a side of Peru that most tourists don't. The countryside is amazing. Highly recommend.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! We did a 10 day trip for 4 to Lima, the Amazon, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Cuzco. The communication prior to the trip was fantastic (thanks, Max). When I asked a question it was answered quickly and comprehensively. Our guides throughout the trip were fantastic -- knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The accommodations were great. Little details -- like being met at the LIM airport to shepherd us through checkin for our flight to Puerto Maldonado -- made us feel so totally comfortable. I will recommend Inca Travel Experts in a heartbeat!

Amazing experience with Inca Expert Travel for our Peru trip! From Lima to Cusco, Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain, everything was very well organized. The service was excellent throughout the trip and the team was always available whenever we needed help or had questions.

We did have a few hiccups during the trip, but they handled everything efficiently and made sure our vacation stayed stress-free. Their quick responses and support really made a difference. Value for money.

Inca Experts was Inca-credible!

We (2 couples ages 59-65) used Inca Expert Travel to plan and coordinate our first trip to South America. Although both couples had traveled extensively through Europe and some to Asia, we were cautious about traveling to Peru. Melany from Inca Expert did an exceptional job with planning, communication, customization, and execution of our trip.

We wanted to see Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca and then customized our trip by adding an extra day in the Sacred Valley. Melany from Inca Expert provided timely communication to all of us during the trip planning and resolved a small hiccup late on a Sunday evening.

Transportation throughout the trip was exceptional. There was always someone at each destination to guide us to our hotel or next destination. Drivers were always on time, attentive, and the vans were spotless.

Inca Expert arranged for two private guides for tours around Cusco (Thanks Ruth!) and Machu Picchu (Thanks Peter!). Both were extremely knowledgeable, great photographers (we took a lot of group photos), and took the time to answer our questions.

The hotels provided by Inca Expert were top notch. We upgraded our hotel in the Sacred Valley (Sol y Luna) and it was like we were staying in a botanic garden. Bottled and/or filtered water was provided at every hotel eliminating any worries we had about sickness during our travel.

We cannot recommend Inca Expert any higher. They made our bucket list adventure a trip to remember.

Our 1 week trip to both Machu Picchu, Peru and Uyuni Salt Flat, Bolivia was one of the best life time experiences! We really appreciate all the knowledgeable guides and safe drivers. All hotels are also exceptional. There are some glitches about pick -up time a few times, but we could communicate with local representatives right away. We really appreciate Anna and Melany for planning our wonderful trip!

The trip overall felt very safe, thought out and exciting. It was the experience of a lifetime. It was a pleasure working with Grecia.

The attention to detail was outstanding. The guides managed everything, from getting us to the boat to flights and trains. The catamaran was very luxurious, the food was fantastic, and the staff was extremely attentive. The naturalist guides Alex and Maria were very knowledgeable and passionate about our environment. Our land guides Henry (Cusco and the Sacred Valley) and Darsey (Machu Picchu) were fascinating, showing complete dedication to the land they love. Our travel agent Leila was a pleasure to work with. She handled all concerns and ensured our vacation went smoothly.

Maria, our travel coordinator, did an excellent job developing a travel plan for us for our trip to Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. She tailored our trip/tour so that we could include communities we were particularly interested in seeing, including Chinchero, where traditional weaving techniques have been used for hundreds of years. The entire trip was very well organized. In addition to Maria's excellent travel planning, an absolute highlight of the trip were our fantastic guides - Aracelis in the Sacred Valley and Cusco and Victor at Machu Picchu (additional shout out to our skilled driver Juan Carlos). Aracelis and Victor were hugely knowledgeable on Peruvian history and contemporary life in Peru. We learned so much from both of them and liked them both so much. In addition, every hotel we were booked into was high quality and comfortable. We highly recommend Inca Expert Travel. They truly made this bucket list trip an amazing, memorable experience.

It started with Grecia and her planning. She picked the perfect personal plan for us. The guides she selected were very knowledgeable and professional. I only wish they did Europe.

We had a wonderful experience with Inca Expert Travel on our visit to Cusco, Sacred Valley, Pisac, Maras, Moray, Chinchero and Machu Picchu! Everything was well planed out and organized. All the guides and drivers were professional and very nice. Starting with Giselle by internet who took into consideration all our needs. She communicated very well with us and took care of every detail so our trip would go smoothly.
Our tour guide, Edson was excellent! Very knowledgeable, spoke English very well, was professional and nice to be with. Also, Piero who made sure we got where we needed to be and made sure we had no worries.
All the drivers were excellent, reliable and safe to travel with. I highly recommend Inca Expert Travel!!

Galapagos adventure will be a lifetime experience, but our cabin was on the lower deck and the motor noise was unbearable; we weren’t advised on it 😢

Visiting Peru was a life long dream. Thankfully friends recommended Maria and Inca Travel. Maria organized everything. It was truly magic to be met in each new locale and have knowledgeable guides. Never a worry, it all just happened.
