Lou Albucher....AMAZING!
Your representative, Lou Albucher, was fantastic!! At first, I contacted the hotel directly and reserved 5 rooms for my family. When I learned that they do not offer lift tickets, etc., I called ski.com and was connected with Lou. He was able to secure the same rooms from the hotel AND provide discounted lift tickets for our family. He went the extra mile for us and we can't thank him enough....Lou, you're the best!

Jolie was amazing
Jolie was amazing. Our trip is not simple. We have 7 people going from Atlanta to Snowmass. We need flights, ski in ski out accomidations, ski equipment, snow board equipment, lift passes, etc. She was very quick to provide many options. When some got taken, she immediately provided replacement options. This is the best travel agent experience I have ever had. When Jolie was ill for a day, Emma stepped in and did not miss a beat.
