Clear ordering info. Fairly fast shipping. Good quality products with very good instructions. Will definitely order from you again. Our nephew made the mistake of buying a wooden kit from your competition for a super low price only to find the poorly composed instruction sheet was in a foreign language and parts were not well cut! I'll be back for more.

The kitchen set I bought was great. My granddaughter loves it. The packaging was impressive. When I made a mistake on one of the doors you replaced it for shipping costs only. That was amazing to me. I will definitely be buying more toys from you.

This time I ordered 2 items that needed…
This time I ordered 2 items that needed an "C" adapter for the lights to work on both. I prefer items that need batteries. But the additional info did not mention adapter needed before ordering. The cheapest I found was over $6 dollars (tax not included. So my out if pocket is about $15. Also, parts did not fit well and the instructions were confusing. I have put many things together. If I had know about needing an adapter, I would have purchased before putting together. The light does not work so I am tasked with taking it apart and figure out the problem. I will NOT recommend these items to anyone!!!

We fully understand your frustration about the unexpected extra cost of around $15 to buy the adapter, especially since you prefer battery-powered models. We will revise all relevant product descriptions to clearly mark power accessory requirements for future buyers.
We also take your complaints seriously regarding ill-fitting parts and unclear assembly instructions. Our product and design teams will optimize part tolerances and simplify the guidebooks to deliver a smoother building experience. It is really troublesome that the lighting system malfunctions, forcing you to disassemble the finished model to troubleshoot.
We feel regretful that this disappointing experience makes you unwilling to recommend our products to others. And our after-sales team will contact you immediately to offer a suitable resolution.
