The customer service response was good. I have made several of their 3D sets and have enjoyed making them with my grandson. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the flower building block set is very difficult to put together as all parts are plastic and break easily. I broke several pieces and had to have them replaced, which took several weeks for shipping. In the future I'll stick with the wooden 3D sets.

This is my 3rd order from Filters Fast. I would give you more stars however the packaging of the filters has changed. Very flimsy cereal box type carton. There is little if no protection to the contents. It was mailed in a plastic envelope. The cartons the filters are in arrived damaged. While there appears to be no outside damage to the filters I have no idea if the filters will do their job. I still have a filter left from my previous order and it is contained in a corrugated box which is much sturdier. While I understand you may not control this packaging you can control the package that items are mailed in.
