Had a issue with a hexclad wok, that starting to peel and rust out from the inside, while the outside is in good condition. I submit a warranty claimed and got a response the next day from Honodi D., that my new wok will be shipped on the way. Thank you Honodi D. and hexclad, because that was my expensive wok that i use to cook everyday, with my new wok, I can continue cooking...:-)
I LOVE my HexClad set, and have for years.
I did have a minor issue with one of the pans and their support team got it all sorted in Olympian time, with no fuss.
I love the pan set that I purchased at Costco, but what matters most to me is great customer support.
When my 8-inch pan started causing problems and food began sticking to the surface, I contacted customer service by email. The same day, a representative named Albert responded, resolved the issue, and arranged for a replacement pan to be sent to me.
The entire process was quick, efficient, and hassle-free. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and support.
The lid to one of our 14 inch pans broke I contacted customer service and the shipped out the replacement the next day couldn't ask for better customer service. I don't usually leave reviews but there exceptional customer service deserved a 5 star review.

We have two pans and two post from Hexclad and they are absolutely amazing. Nothing gets stuck, we got our first pan as a christmas gift in -23 and the second one in -24. They still act as if brand new, except for the first one started flaking a little bit on the edge. I contacted customer service through their website (purchased online in a different store), sent in the video and the info they requested to use the warranty. I can say that the customer service i have received theough these emails are nothing but incredible. They reply very fast, always been very helpful and kind. I just sent the last email with my receipt and my new replacement pan is already on its way. I can honestly say i will not ever buy anything but Hexclad. Worth every penny.

I had a problem with my 12” frying pan. My initial request for a warranty replacement was rejected. However, after I replied and explained my concerns further a replacement was quickly sent and it was received in a few days.

Easy and transparent process to claim warranty.
Hexclad products I bought in 2019 came with life time warranty. I submitted a claim for replacement and the support team was very responsive and fast in processing my claim. I trust the company and plan to buy more products and recommend them to friends and family.

The warranty replacement aspect is outstanding. I am rather concerned that the cookware showed damage so soon. I do cook a lot, also take great care of the cookware due to being so expensive. I was very pleased with my purchase but never imagined the cookware would have these types of problems so soon. The thirteen-piece set I purchased is already on its fourth replacement pan/fry pan. Product is outstanding but not very durable for even a home cook.

I have 2 frying pans and a wok . The frying pans are so poor when it comes to non stickability. Frying an egg is a nightmare. You have got to scrape the egg from the pan , 9 times out of 10 breaking the yolk and leaving a mess of the pan surface. I have tried heating the pans up slowly before adding oil and cooking at a lower heat , all to no avail. Definitely think twice before buying one. On the plus side the wok is fine and they do look the business.

I had a problem with my large frying pan. I emailed the company on a Sunday and they responded immediately. Incredible!! I sent them all the information they asked for and today on Monday they have shipped me a replacement! Unbelievable customer service!! The pans and amazing and so a company that stands by its product!!
