got the pans and knives as gifts. so far everyone is happy with them.

A bit pricey but a nice pan that did the job, cleaned up well and didn't scratch my cook top.

finaly the arrival! packaged carefully which is normal for any Japanese product I purchased. Excitedly use my pan/wok right away to see whats the buzz all about. Durably made not heavy as the other brand we have. Non stick? surely did not disappoint, its a 12" size that is perfect for everything we cooked for just the two of us, looking to purchase other pans but will just have to wait til we arrived in Japan!

Out there, from around end of May. One package arrived yesterday. Qualities Pierce be good but you’re shipping people that you choose are terrible. You have the post office delivering in the states. Two of my packages gone from New Jersey, Arizona to Tennessee to Missouri back to New Jersey, where they started this after two weeks running around the country. Need to look at getting someone else to do your deliveries in the US.

Took a while to arrive, but love it

Took forever to receive. Followed instructions and multiple cooking experiences were terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Fraud alert.

I love my new Okura cookware. In fact, right this moment as I write, I'm about to use my beautiful new frying pan for the first time. I can't wait and want to be sure that I treat my new pan with all the right care. Thank you for this opportunity for a nutritious, healthy and safe meal!

Cleaning is super easy , cooking pleasurable and the set looks very good

The packing was innovative. A rather small light box containing the 11 and 12-inch, with the handles separate. The handles were easy to install with the supplied mini wrench. This is a bonus, being able to remover the handles when grease gets trapped under them, like my other pans. That grime under the handles of other brands stays there. Just remove the handles and let the dishwasher do the rest. The pans themselves were extremely strong and light compared to my Heslans. The hand hammered texture is an improvement for every use. They release bacon nicely, no sticking. Onions, mushrooms, peppers, all came out great. Hamburgers were the best.

I emailed Okura asking to cancel my order #OKURA12835114, while my credit card payment still showed 'pending' and the item had still not left the company. Tracking showed as 'Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier'. However I got no reply. Their website says their ave. response time is 4 hours.
Unfortunately I only saw the negative reviews for this company after I placed the order. It sounds like a big SCAM. Inferior products sold as premium Japanese items.
Okura, if you are reading this, please cancel my order #OKURA12835114 and give me a refund. Do not write your standard response (which I have seen against other complaints) asking the customer to contact your customer services team, because this has already been done several times and you have simply ignored my emails!!

Product arrived quickly the handle I could assemble easy, but the handle on the lid I had to get hubby in on that one! Pan is great, not as easy to clean as I thought,
Is already going quite browning colour but it doesn’t affect the cooking. Very happy overall.

The pan arrived intact and the packaging was high quality. The assembly was simple. I would not call this a non-stick pan but it is easy to clean. I am pleased that I do not have to worry about leaching chemicals or flaking coatings.

Price is excellent. Ordering is easy. Dispatch is quick.
Goods arrived very very well packed and we are kept informed every step of the delivery Journey.
We have been using the pans for a few weeks now.
I ordered pans with lids.
Quality is excellent, cook well and easy to clean.
Sometimes we throw them in the dishwasher.
They don't scratch and we use metal utensils with them.
We love them.

The two handles version of the fry pan, will make the it easier to carry. It is a very nice looking pan, so it will look good on the table or on a bench for self serve. The ability to use it on the stove or in the oven will make this a useful piece of cookware.

If I could rate the company zero I would. In April I mistakenly purchased a fry pan using my business credit card details. Realising my mistake, I immediately asked them to refund the purchase. They told me I would have to wait, receive the pan and then return it for a refund. 3 months later I have discovered that the pan was never shipped. Of course I have not received a refund either. Kashmala from the Okura support team has been completely useless despite more than a dozen emails. Here is one of my many email transcripts -

We have checked your order details in our system.
According to our records, your order has been on hold since 14 April 2026 due to your cancellation request. We previously forwarded your cancellation request to our team, and the order was held from shipment processing.
We have now followed up with our team regarding the refund. They are currently reviewing the case, and we hope the refund will be processed as soon as possible."
What possibly could be not reviewed after 3 months??

Received my pans finally. Tracking details were incorrect. Tracker stated pans were delivered but held at USPS for pick up. USPS had no record of shipment stating that it was not shipped via USPS. Two days later pans arrive unknown carrier. Box was damaged pans were not damaged

Washed and cleaned the pan prior to use. First dish was fried eggs. Eggs stuck horribly. So much for non-stick technology

Offer stated free lids, but they were not provided. Customer service sent me an invoice to purchase them after asking about the offer verses what was received

Overall experience was poor and based off initial use would not recommend this product. Will be returning to Okura

Titanium pan works well on induction hob.Hopefully no flaking of surface as time goes on.

Not only is it beautiful, it is really non stick!
