I had an issue with the Hexclad website, I could not register the two pans that I purchased. I sent a message to customer support regarding the problem. Great Customer Service

The pans are good quality
The pans are good quality. I had originally got the to use for camping since they worked with gas stoves but my Mom liked them so much they become our daily house pans. When one of the pans ended up with a scratch they immediately replaced it.
