Seemed fairly easy to change tariffs
Seemed fairly easy to change tariffs. But the recent bill notification (final for the previous tariff) on 10/7 seemed not to mention my new (correct) 24 month fixed tariff going into the future from 11/7 and the information box at the bottom of the bill suggested incorrect tariff info.

Great service, disappointing money back scheme
We've always had great service from Eon and have been with them many years. They have a good selection of tariffs and we feel our tariff is good value. The only niggle is their 'power up' offers of money back for usage at certain times. There is no consistency on which days or at what times. We get less than 24 hours notice of the next opportunity, so we can't plan to take the best advantage, very disappointing.

Everything. It should have been so easy to move my account to my new address. Instead you decided to give me another account & continue to take another monthly premium for my old account. Now all I want to do is cancel my original account & I can’t do that without answering a million questions. Your customer service has been rubbish.

AI runs the E.ON customer service…
AI runs the E.ON customer service counter I believe. If I am wrong then E.ON is only interested in gaining your custom. I do not recommend E.ON, they do not help people during hard times, they come across as not giving a hoot, cold hearted, and constantly increasing their tarrifs. Their chat service is dreadful. I have been with E.ON for a few years now because it is easier to stay put than it is to shop around. All of the 'nice' service providers are great until we sign up, after that its all downhill.
