Always been helpful, although sometimes people do not return call when they say they will.
This has only happened 2 times both recently on one subject but we got there in the end and I have been with them for 9 years

He rang to say he was on the way. He arrived was very polite, told me what the problem was, carried out the repair, cleaned up. He was a lovely. Considerate young man. Thank you.
