Review of RAC Breakdown Cover

Awaiting refund for Breakdown cover I did not authorise

On 7.2.26 £121.99 was deducted from my credit card.
Obviously I thought this was a mistake, so I rang RAC only to be told they had sent me a Breakdown renewal notice on 19.1.26, I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS.
I asked that the same email be forwarded to me so I could see it, I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS EMAIL EITHER
I have sent further emails with only generic replies,or even worse this one below...from which I have No REPLY still

I sent a complaint form on 19.2.26, saying I had not received their renewal email.

How we answer complaints
We'll do everything we can to answer your complaint quickly. We aim to resolve complaints no later than 8 weeks after receiving them. If, for some reason, we aren't able to do this, we'll let you know.

What if we need more time?
Some complaints take longer to look into than others. If after eight weeks we haven't agreed a solution, we'll write to explain why. We'll also say how much longer we think we'll need.
And we'll include a leaflet about the Financial Ombudsman Service, as after eight weeks you're entitled to refer your case to them.

What if we don't agree?
When we've completed our investigation, we'll let you know what our decision is. In this call, letter or email, we'll include the details of what to do if you're still unhappy.

Depending on the nature of your complaint, you may be entitled to ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to review your case. If this option applies to you, we'll let you know in our decision letter.
If you want the Financial Ombudsman Service to review your case, you'll need to do that within six months of receiving our decision letter.
