The team at Vortex Haus has been amazing from start to finish! I originally came across the product on social media and instantly wanted to learn more. After checking out their website and getting all my questions answered, I went ahead and placed my order. Shipping was quick, and honestly, the product blew away my expectations. It has completely replaced my gas leaf blower, which I never thought would happen. You can tell this brand genuinely cares about quality and customer experience. I’m beyond impressed and officially a customer for life.

The Turbo Jet DB 3.0 is amazing! I find myself using it all the time for all sorts of applications. It doesn't disappoint!

l am so impressed with the Turbo Jet DB.
It's compact but surprisingly powerful, and we've already used it for driveway cleanups, flowering tree droppings, car detailing, dryer lint trap /slot blow outs, and quick Spring cleanup of tower fans in our home. I love that it works with the batteries we already own, so there's no extra chargers to deal with. Practical, easy to grab, and really useful inside and outside of your home. No bulky equipment to drag around!

The Turbo blower is the best product on the market, hands down. The velocity of the air coming out of the blower is next-level. I also love the battery versatility.

I had a problem when a twig went in the back of my blower and broke some of the fan blades. I contacted Vortex Haus, sent them a picture of the problem and they sent me the new parts by return.

After a bit of back & forth on what had actually broken and a few pictures the team agreed to send a new part out to me. Very helpful, very supportive and very fast; couldn't ask for more - and the blower is probably my most used tool ever.

I purchased 2 Vortex Haus blowers in December 2025. This is an extremely powerful handheld blower! Unfortunately one of the units required repair, after contacting Vortex Haus I was greeted professionally and received outstanding service. My issues were resolved promptly and at no cost! It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product like Vortex Haus has. Highly recommend this company.

They have the best customer service I've seen in awhile. I bought two units and had a problem with one after a couple of months. They sent me a replacement in a couple of weeks. It's a great product and they have great customer service. I'm completely satisfied.

While it took a little bit of back and forth, the customer service team helped me with my situation and kindly replaced the unit after we had a problem with it (due to our own fault!). Everyone I spoke to was always kind and focused on the customer.

Boomer here (picky). Bought 3 units, 2 with DeWalt set up, 1 with Milwaukee. I used the Milwaukee one when it was snowing, to blow off a couple of vehicles. It (I think) pulled in some wet snow and fried itself. I contacted them. Sent them a couple of pictures of the circuit board, and they immediately sent me a replacement. Can't beat that. The people who got the 2 DeWalt ones are impressed with them. I'm impressed with mine. I've got a plug in Toro leaf blower that is the best at removing dry snow from vehicles, driveway, etc - this matches that power. Finding new uses for it all the time - very handy.

I had to contact customer service with issues on my first order and they promptly replaced it with no hesitation. I would recommend this company. Makes clearing the area way easier than some heavy blower.

I recently purchased two of the Vortex blowers and developed an issue with one after using. I contacted the company and they requested videos and/or pictures along with a description of the issue. After emailing that information they immediately informed me they were shipping me a replacement and I didn’t even have to return the damaged unit. Great service and very happy with the product. Very friendly and helpful customer support. Double thumbs up!
