No more bloating, easy to use
After 3 weeks my tummy is less bloated, and I am sleeping through the night. They are so essy to take, no water needed to swallow, just chew.

I just started using these gummies, in my third week. The taste is great taste like a sweet, but unfortunately I haven't seem any changes or improvements on my health but,on the contrary im full of face spots which I never had before.. I definitely feel better taking these. I am more alert and I sleep better. My son has said he sleeps better too and we are only 2 weeks in. I have also noticed that I am not constantly thinking about what to eat next so that’s a big plus!

I make sure that I take two a day and they seem to be working. I still have a way to go but my stomach does seem to be coming in a bit. They are certainly doing something because I fart a huge amount now.
I need to do some more exercise but I think the tablets are helping. Another good point is that they taste quite nice.
It seems better to take them a long time before eating anything and to do one first thing in the morning and 1 L in the afternoon
