Absolutely terrible all round. Delay after delay, Delivery dates come and go, have to constantly chase because no updates are proactively provided by the Account Manager, who's number just goes to voicemail and never returns my call. Car is now two months late, and cancelled on the day of delivery. Truly awful, go somewhere else and save yourself endless amounts of stress.

I have just ordered a car, it was such a straightforward process. Salvatore Musso was so helpful and answered all my questions. I would thoroughly recommend this service. Excellent customer service!

Today was to be my long awaited delivery of my brand new car on my very first lease!

First of all, I was quite dissapointed finding out that the "in stock" cars are still only delivered after the 14 day cooling off period!! This should be made clear before you sign and pay the lease.

Anyway, the car showed up today, after delivery was first attempted at the wrong address! When it finally arrived at the scheduled address, first appearances wasn't great! For a brand new car it was dirty and full of small residue spots! A closer look however left me questioning why this company even bothered to send the car in the first place! The car had a cracked rear light, severely miss alligned tailgate, paint chipping underneath the rear branding and what looks to be an impact on the right-hand side roof bar!

Needless to say I took photos of the horrendous condition and rejected the car!

Who would willingly sign for this and be happy to drive it as a new car??

Extremely poor and a massive waste of time!!
